IilahayesI recently had the pleasure of staying at Timberland Heights Resort, and overall, it was a lovely trip. The resort offers a similar atmosphere to Shangri-La Boracay, though naturally not at the same level of luxury and elegance. However, it provides a great vacation experience, perfect for stays of at least two nights to fully enjoy activities like the Outdoor Cinema, Bonfire with S’mores, and swimming in the infinity pool with its stunning views of both the city and nature. It’s a place I would return to and recommend to friends.
That said, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. First, attention to cleanliness could be improved, specifically with the coffee mugs and kettle in the room. Ours had hardened residue, particularly around the mouth area of the kettle. Fortunately, the Manager promptly addressed the issue by replacing the mugs, glasses, and providing us with a new kettle, which was much appreciated.
Additionally, I’d like to bring up a concern regarding the swimming pool. My son has swum in numerous pools both locally and internationally, and this was the only time he experienced an allergic reaction. We initially thought his fever was related to a cold, but on our last day, he developed rashes, which we later learned were due to an allergic reaction. The rash began on his neck and spread to his shoulders, chest, back, and limbs. After visiting his pediatrician and undergoing lab tests, it was confirmed as an allergic reaction. We suspect that it may be related to the chemicals used for pool maintenance, as this was the only pool that triggered such a reaction after over 20 others.
While this was an isolated incident, I think it would be worth the management’s attention to review the chemicals used in the pool to ensure they’re safe for all guests. This would help to avoid any similar experiences for future visitors, especially those with sensitive skin.
I truly hope to return and celebrate future occasions at Timberland Heights Resort, and with a few adjustments, I’m sure it can continue to offer even better experiences for all its guests.

VVinaVanessaWe booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

UUtente anonimoLa camera e il bagno erano puliti. Il personale era bello e accogliente. La televisione ha Netflix, ma l'hotel ha un debole segnale Wi-Fi. Ci erano asciugamani e scarpe, e hanno anche docce calde. L'hotel è facile da accedere e ha un 7-11 vicino a esso.

AAnthony TabunanIl personale è bello e accogliente, mi piace la posizione, è accessibile ai trasporti pubblici e a qualsiasi altro segno. La stanza è pulita e grande perché può ospitare 4 pacs ma io rimango lì solo perché penso che non hanno camere per 1 o 2 pacs ma il prezzo è ragionevole. Hanno una piscina e mi piace il bagno con un bagno, così spazioso, ma la faucet non funziona. Anche hanno balcone. Puoi anche andare in giro, se vuoi. Lo consiglio per il soggiorno o perfetto per i familiari/amico per il soggiorno di notte.

We had a flickering light in the cr and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes
Hotel is next to Sta Lucia mall and the LRT station
Also many jeepney are available to go to many locations
Highly recommend for the price
We have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here in the future

Le matite della camera da bagno hanno una leggera deglutizione e la tavola è visibilemente impurità, doccia rustica e tovagliola. Ho notato alcuni sacchi di cemento e di paillette vicino all'ascensore, quindi presumo che stiano facendo alcune riparazioni. Spero che la prossima visita sarebbe senza spot 😄
La stanza è inaspettatamente spaziale.
Giacche pulite ma torn.( il personale del lavastoviglie potrebbe prevedere la sua rabbia per le ginocchia 🤣🤣🤣)
Ho dormito bene.Fino ad ora hanno il letto più confortevole che ho dormito in una settimana tra 4 hotel .
Il ricevitore ci ha lasciato in un'ora prima del check-in, la guardia di sicurezza è molto utile.

ZzoooomiePros: un centro bella e pulito. Molto buona connessione internet. Il loro AC funziona bene. Il centro bella è vicino alla cattedrale di Antipolo. Ambiente tranquillo.
Cons: l'innello è difficile da trovare. Frappe non ha gusto bene e è un po'prezioso. Inoltre, vorrei che si battessero sulle porte e avessero iniziato la pulizia quotidiana delle camere e fornito un kit di igiene. Nessuna acqua o caffè complimentare. Non c'è resto fuori dal cantina, ma c'è un panda alimentare.

UUtente anonimoI must say it is one of the best places I have ever visited! The views are absolutely outstanding and truly exceptional. Unfortunately, we were unable to witness the sunrise or sunset due to the rainy weather during our stay.
However, despite the rain and colder temperatures, I found it to be incredibly fun and relaxing. I am truly speechless with the breathtaking views and the wonderful facilities at your property. It really does leave a lasting impression.
That said, I did encounter a small issue with the pillow in our accommodation; it appeared to be dirty and seemed not to have been changed, as there was a saliva stain on it. I believe this is an area where improvement could be made to enhance the guests' experience.
Additionally, while I found the food to be on the expensive side, I understand that the quality and experience may justify the cost.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend your property to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I hope to return in the future!
