Great Hotel - great staff

Positive feedback: -Clean -fashion - quiet -simple -everything around the hotel Negative feedback: - The Hotel valet is always no one can serve you till you wait for 10-15 min or you contact the receptionist - The hotel valet closed at 12 AM - when they take my car they turn on the flasher more than 15 minutes which consume battery - The housekeeping join the room without my permission even am turning on “don’t disturb” and I’m still in the room - I booked for the standard room with Terrace but the balcony was not designed like the photos means no garden ( room 33 ) Overall rating: 7 from 10 May I visit again: maybe

My room is stander but unfortunately there’s no way to the air or sun light :/ , however, Special thanks for the cleaner Mr. Asif, he’s very professional and caring about every single detail . Thanks a-lot. Afnan Rashed ……………………………………………..

The hotel is overall very clean, food is good, bed is comfortable, gym and pool are nice for daily use, the location is also walking distance to supermarkets and cafes but the best thing is that the staff are very hospitable and helpful namely Fathy the bellman as well as the reception and restaurant personnel.

Zainab was amazing! She made me feel welcomed and took me in a tour to the place. Definitely coming back soon. Enjoyed my time there. The pool is not quite big however it’s the place of you are planning to get some tan or just chill by the pool. Clean and good service

Hotel location is really good , the design and finish is modern , the room is fully equipped and comfortable, the staff are really helpful specially Fathy with his daily welcoming words and marlyn who make the breakfast more comftable experience.
