Hotel in zona Église Saint-Etienne, Rixensart

Posizione eccellente, molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici e accanto alla vivace zona di Chatelein. Prezzo molto ragionevole. Tuttavia l'elemento ”Stile” è un po' sbiadito imho: l'intero hotel così come le camere hanno un disperato bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione per raggiungere il livello di perfezione che potrebbe facilmente raggiungere.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Brussels South when returning from Austria on a coach trip. From the outside none of us were impressed, the building looks very austere, but on the inside it has been done up to a very high standard. The member of staff on during the evening was rather rude, but the morning staff were excellent. The room was clean but had some wear and tear showing. The TV had BBC1 and BBC2 listed as available channels but didn't work when I was there, but did have some random English language channels if you absolutely needed them. The room had plenty of charging points, with 1 USB charger under the TV. The bathroom seemed very new, but the shower head was at a fixed angle which meant a lot of spray went straight onto the bathroom floor. Even arriving latish at night the shower had very good water pressure and heated up quickly. The bed was comfortable, but was two singles pushed together so I did find I graviated to the dip between them. The pillows were fine, not the best but also not the worst. Breakfast here was a little choatic, but not as bad as in another Best Western I stayed in. This hotel had a number of coach trips in, and each was given their own time for breakfast - unfortunately some of the later coaches arrived at the first sitting, so the staff did have to rush around to ensure the food was kept fully stocked, but did so with a very friendly manner - especially considering the way some of the travellers spoke to them. Location wise this hotel is about 2 hours from the ferry at Dunkirk, there aren't really any amenities nearby, but there are two service stations close by if you wanted some food in the evening. I'd certainly consider staying at this hotel in the future, more likely on a weekday when there are no coach trips.

Abbiamo pernottato dal 26 al 31 Dicembre. Le camere sono accoglienti e molto carine. Venivano rifatte tutti i giorni con conseguente cambio di asciugamani. Il personale molto socievole e cordiale, sempre pronto ad accogliere le richieste dei clienti. La colazione a buffet molto ricca e variegata, attenta anche per chi ha intolleranze. Zone non molto distante dal centro e dai maggiori luoghtdi interesse, raggiungibili in 15 minuti di salutare passeggiata. Consigliatissimo

L'hotel è situato nel centro della città ed è molto vecchio, tuttavia, ritengo che la velocità di Internet sia super veloce, ci sono molte stazioni televisive e radiofoniche inglesi e la colazione è nella media. Non è buona come quella di questo hotel. Il personale di servizio è piuttosto entusiasta, ma il parcheggio è troppo costoso.

Hotel tranquillo dove abbiamo soggiornato tre notti, ben situato vicino alle linee tram 81 - 92 ...permettendo di andare alla stazione del mezzogiorno o al centro storico dove nel quartiere Art Nouveau. Ottimo luogo, cercando di affrontare rapidamente alcune preoccupazioni materiali (ampolle, tende...) Colazione molto bene.

Avevamo prenotato 2 camere e quando siamo arrivati ​​al check-in avevamo solo 1 camera ma il problema è stato risolto. Un altro problema che abbiamo avuto è stato che avevo già pagato le tasse comunali e l'hotel ci ha addebitato nuovamente le tasse ma trip.com ha rimborsato i soldi. Le camere sono molto poco insonorizzate.

Hotel al top, molto buona marca di qualità quando si tratta di un nototel. Una bella colazione, ci sorprendeva la presenza di una macchina a sinistra! Qualità dei succhi di arancione pressa eccellente anche. La camera molto moderna, la lettera è perfetta, splendida e moderna bagno, solo piccolo bemol, il resto di sapone degli ex occupanti. Tv molto grande con molti canali francofoni. Il riscaldamento non ha nulla da segnalare, un po' troppo rumore.

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.
