It was a very large room , floors are very cold , quite clean but required some attention.
Toilet paper holder fell off the wall , towel holder is about too, cover missing from access to motor and pipes under the tub.
Ho hair dryer.

Very dirty motel . Noisy and owner do not care about complaints . I will report to the health department.
Also not happy with orbitz not helping my concern .

The room we got was sort of like an attic room (slanted walls). To be fair 1st night was noisy as it's next to a pub of some sort. There's potential for more noise but glad it didn't happen. I think the staff issue did not help either as we did not get clean towels for at least two days - had to ask for them. However, the only reason why we book this place was that it was way cheaper than anything in Montreal which were rip-offs (nothing less than $250).

Filthy, broken bed, broken shower
Intense smell of urine
Room was NOT like in pictures
Employee extremely rude and belittling
Parties outside of door until 3 am
Could not close blinds( they say due tu hangings
No phones and door did not lock which they said so people don’t lock themselves in and refuse to leave
Definitely a 1 out of 10 … would not go back , not even for a free stay !!!!

Tap dripped constantly, bed was the worst bed I have EVER slept in, wall paper was peeling all over. Air conditioner was loud. Only 1 channel on the TV. Old, dingy room. They charged $119/night!!!! Was only worth maybe $50. Will never stay there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND this motel at all!!!!!!

My room didn't get clean and I couldn't see any staff when I came back in the night to request towels or anything else. I had to sleep again in a dirty room and use the same towels with my kids for the second time

The facility charged for the extra guest but didn’t provide any extra towels/cups.
There were only 2 towels while there were 3 guests.

We booked this online on our road trip. The first room had bugs (not bed bugs) on the pillows and we asked for a refund, which was refused and were offered an upgrade. The door was open (not unlocked, open) and the room was dingy. There was black mold on the windowsill next to the shower. The attendant was very rude.
