Hotel in zona Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, Riverside

La prima impressione non era buona. C'era qualcuno che fumava nel parcheggio quando siamo entrati e l'hotel ha questo lucido divertente. Inoltre, l'hotel è situato nel centro di un'area industriale w/ l'autostrada a destra. Sembrava molto desolato e inconveniente all'inizio. Ma quando si arriva alla sua stanza, è molto bello. Avevamo una camera da letto 2 e le letti erano pulite e ci era abbastanza spazio per entrambi. Mi aspettavo un bagno insensato, ma era bello anche. Buona stanza per la doccia e il bagno/toilet. Anche molto pulito. Sì, ci sono degli odori divertenti nelle stanze che altri hanno sottolineato. Non sono sicuro di dove provenga, ma puzza e penso che ci usiamo. Non è un po'sopportabile, ma un po' di fastidioso, forse è stato il condizionatore d'aria, ma la cosa migliore è stata la vicinanza all'università. Non devi prendere l'autostrada da qui per arrivare all'università. Le strade laterali e sarete lì in circa 10 minuti. Il prezzo è stato più economico in tutta la zona degli hotel. Prenotato attraverso Costco Travel. Per un 1-3 giorno visita l'hotel si adatta alle vostre esigenze.

La stanza è grande, spaziosa e luminosa, due letti grandi.Il servizio è buono, la reception è molto amichevole, atteggiamento buono e attento.La varietà di colazione è diversa, le uova di pecora sono molto reali.Il cibo intorno alla shopping è molto scelto per mangiare

La reception era disponibile. La sicurezza è un po' gongho riguardo al suo lavoro. Nessuna colazione come descritta e inclusa nel pagamento della tariffa notturna e non rimborsano la differenza.

I travel frequently between Northern California and New Mexico. This area is a great ”half-way point”, so I end up staying for the evening. After trying out a few other questionable places (at one place, I had a person banging on my door at 1 am shouting for Rita, and that's not my name), I finally found this hotel. It's perfect to me. The front desk and staff are really nice, and I've never been disturbed in my sleep while staying here. I always found a place to park, and there are TONS of nearby restaurants/stores to choose from. Also, there is a Shell gas station right next to the hotel, so the morning departures have always been awesome. I have stayed here about seven times so far. Overall, a great hotel!

La cucina che era la ragione principale che prenoto questo hotel, e lei non si è delusa. Ho avuto tutto quello che mi serviva ! Mi piaceva la cena complimentare e il colazione offerto (penso che il pranzo mon-wed) anche la lavanderia. Il parcheggio era terribile haha ma non ci sono denuncia qui fortunatamente tutto il resto si è scontato che anche la donna del desk front era molto dolce e mi ha fatto sentire comodo vorrei poter ricordare il suo nome ma so che il suo ultimo nome era 3 lettere di lunghezza :

Bella pulizia hotel! Amore che ci hanno dato degli asciugamani in anticipo. Colazione era stupendo! Buona varietà di cibo. Starbucks lungo la strada era la rottura del negozio.

L'hotel non è lontano dall'autostrada, ma è molto tranquillo e relativamente nuovo, con letti comodi. Sebbene sia un po' più lontano dai Desert Outlets, è molto meglio degli hotel vicino a lui. Il prezzo non è caro. Anche l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto buono. C'è un Wal-Mart a circa 3 chilometri dall'hotel, dove è possibile cenare e acquistare cibo. Non ci sono ristoranti intorno all'hotel.

Let me say the location is in a good area, not to far from Glen Ivy so it was nice, however the service there was beyond poor. We arrive well after check in, 5pm. to be exact. Upon checking in, they advised they needed an extra 15 mins to finish up, which was ok by me. They also advised they would have all the necessary things I needed such as the bedding for the pull out couch since we had 5 people in the suite, extra towels (since 2 would not cut it for 5 people). I understood since everyone is trying to work with what staff they have due to the shortage. I left to go grab a bite with my group, we were gone a little over and hour and still nothing from the hotel, finally it's ready. We go get the keys after a long day and the room is nice spacious and what we could tell clean. We all need a shower from our long day so we see only a few towels, we call the front desk, no answer. We call housekeeping, now answer. I tried for over 10 mins. I called from my cell to the main hotel number and Is got thru. I asked if they could bring 5 more towels up and the person (male) at the front desk rudely said ”oh you can come get them down here”. I said since we just got into our room and waited over 3 hours to get in, please bring them up. We all waited about 30 mins, we understand it wasn't going to be instant but in a reasonable amount of time, and still nothing. We finally had to go down stairs to get them and when asked if we can have the towels (2 of the ladies in our group) the man at the front desk again was rude to them and said “here”. Now I know customers service is hectic and can be stressful, however the hotel needs to put that happy face on and show some respect and consideration after all I didn’t request any thing more than my room when I was told 3 hours later my room wasn’t ready. Now here comes the kicker, we are all ready for bed after our showers, we look for the bedding for the pull and yet again the wonderful staff didn't leave in the room. I had enough, I went down stairs to discuss with the staff and found out the gentleman’s name (Kolby, Colby, Colbey) is the rude person at the front desk and on the phone and the lady was apologetic. However, this is just to much for me to deal with when you go away from the hectic days of everyday life. I hope you all see this post and make yourself aware of the hotel and I certainly wrote to the manager and corporate.
