It is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Riverside and central to everything Riverside has to offer! This is a very spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath home with a driveway to fit 3-4 vehicles along with amenities such as pool a BBQ gazebo and pool table. ** PLEASE NOTE: THE HOT TUB IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITIONS. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, Nest Thermostat and keyless entry. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. This home was recently remodeled. While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. External cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties. The driveway has enough parking to fit 3 vehicles. Please do not block the sidewalk as it will be cited by law enforcement. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
