Nel nostro secondo viaggio in India tenevamo molto a conoscere Rishikesh. E’ stata una bella scoperta. Per quanto riguarda il nostro albergo, nonostante le bellissima posizione con vista Gange e l’ottima struttura alberghiera, siamo rimasti delusi della scarsa attenzione riservataci alla reception. Abbiamo notato una scarsa disponibilità a fornire indicazioni da noi richieste circa la cittadina. Anzi ci hanno dato informazioni fuorvianti per esempio circa gli orari delle manifestazioni religiose nei ghat della città. Ci sono apparsi molto interessati a fornire informazioni soltanto sulle attività in loco. Questo aspetto ci ha convinto a non prolungare il soggiorno, trasferendoci nella vicina Haridwar.

Excellent hotel. Great food. Specifically Chef Prasad and his team churns up amazing dishes. The Himalayan dish at the patio should not be missed. All food served in both the restaurant were exceptional. The Chef and staff went out of their way to make you comfortable.

Wonderful hospitality , an unmatched spiritual experience. We always stay in garden facing rooms that over look the Ganges . The experience is amazing and the staff is very polite , welcoming and friendly Always supportive

We had booked the hotel via the mobile number mentioned on the official website, paid 50% advance via UPI for 2 apartments for 2 nights. We were a group of 9 and When we reached the hotel, our excitement dampened upon learning that the apartments were not a property of Aloha but just a neighbouring building and we could not avail any facility at the property, not even the morning breakfast. All the more worse, it was an agent whose number is mentioned on the website and this particular agent had reserved only one apartment for our group. We had the online receipt of the booking of 2 apartments for 2 night, breakfast included, but the management completely denied all the accountability. We obviously created a scene, called up on the same number, the men of the family were furious, but ultimately we all 9 ended up in one apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, we were provided with extra beddings. There is also an attached kitchen with microwave, some utensils, kettle and an induction cook top. Of course the location is excellent, the serene beauty of the mountains with the Ganges flowing is amazing Do visit the property, but be careful with your bookings. We have learnt the lesson the hard way !!

Excellent location, on reaching we were warmly greeted by their staff. Amazing food, service par excellence and well constructed menu. Evening Arti by the Ganges, please don't miss. Sprawling property with Infinity pool and lot of greenery.,well planned seating to soak the Sun. Spacious,self sufficient rooms, house keeping did a good job. Operations manager, was so courteous and over all hospitality was at its best.

I was there for my Birthday. They had sweetly decorated the room and also sent a cake over. The food was excellent and the service to drop and pick up from the Ram Jhula was very flexible as I got delayed at the Parmarth Niketan Ganga Aarti. The room upgrade to the lawn room was amazing and really some of the best rooms in the property. Missed dipping in the infinity pool that looked amazing as it was just a 1 day visit. All in all kudos to Ms. Vandana and her team that provided excellent service and the chefs team which left little to desire in terms of taste and quality of the food. Will go back for sure when I go back there next time Bhavin 04.11.2025

Worst property i stayed in ... they charged us such a big amount but the flats were in such a bad condition ... after we asked the caretaker to change he changed apartment but the condition of that apartment was also so bad bathrooms were so dirty doors were not working furniture was broken ... worst experience after paying so much

I had a beautiful stay at Aloha on the Ganges. From the very first moment, it was very peaceful within the grounds of the hotel. It was very nice to be greeted with a bindi and mala. The view is incredible. I was fortunate to have a room on the ground floor with a small outside space, gazing at this amazing view. The room is absolutely stunning and looks recently renovated. It’s huge and the bathroom is covered in gorgeous marble. The food has been super delicious. So much variety very fresh, and the staff are incredibly kind.I am on a work trip to India and this weekend getaway to Rishikesh is a solo trip for me. Staff in the restaurant have been really kind and have made great suggestions of things to try. Vipin has been my go to guy! He introduced me to their millet bread ***** with suggesting some of the special things that they’ve made. I did not think I loved jalebi but that is because when I’ve had it in the US, it has been sitting for a long time. Here, it was just prepared and was light and crispy and absolutely wonderful. Rohit was also really nice and friendly. These guys and all of their colleagues work very hard making sure everybody is taken care of and feels good. The vibe is really nice. 😊

We took star gazing activity at this property and our guide Mr. raju Neeraj made us see the beautiful stars, saturn and it's ring and 2 moons and the moon. The experience was surreal.
