Hotel molto pulito.Tutti i servizi sono buoni.

Sono rimasto qui ogni anno dal 2001 al 2013. Finalmente sono tornato. Hotel ha notevolmente migliorato. Lobby completamente ripreso con la tela bianca rendendola più felice. Il personale era grande, cortese e utile. Jennifer al desk front è molto piacevole. La stanza è molto migliorata. Pulizia, e in generale buona riparazione tranne per 1 trattore che un ospite aveva rotto. Relativamente al desk front e una riparazione immediata è stata offerta. Le strade sembrano avere un nuovo tappeto, un grande bisogno di aggiornamento dal 2013. Il personale di pulizia è molto bello, ma troppo lavorato, ma è vero ovunque. Non ho avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina. Una giornata di pranzo di gruppo e cibo era buono, fresco e i server erano grandi. La donna al bar di sera per il nostro gruppo era estremamente carina e utile. I bagni pubblici erano mantenuti puliti, una sfida con una grande convenzione. Sicuramente tornerà.

Clean room, well appointed bathroom. Coffee maker and microwave in the room. The WiFi had some issues and the TV was a disaster- no Netflix or prime even though they were suppose to have both. I called the front desk who sent me to someone who barely spoke English and she had no solution but so say I’ll let the hotel know it’s their provider. The TV channels were also slow to come up and the guide uninformative as to programming. The toiletries were communal bottles not individual so we did not use them at all. Some staff was amazing such as the guy who checked us in but others passed us off (on the tv issue) without any really helpful solutions. The hi-speed WiFi also was not working so I could not watch programming on my own iPad easily (the regular WiFi was working). All in all, an okay stay. Might give them another try but would not rush back.

전반적으로 친절하고 방도 넓고 좋습니다 특히 아침식사는 inn계열중에서는 꽤나 준수한편임다만 시설이 좀 낡았고 숙소 컨셉때문인지 동양인은 없음 ㅋ주변에 이것저것 먹을곳 살곳 많고 대충묵어가기편해요 다운타운까지 나가기는 좀 귀찮은위치임

We stayed here in early December while the remodel was wrapping up and now it seems to be finished. They have done a nice job, the place looks updated, our rooms were nice, and they have kept the prices low. The only negative is the lobby is tiny and there is only room for a coffee/ juice machine, and a few cereal bars. It's enough to get most people down the road until an early lunch. This Super 8 is a good place to stop if you're passing thru Charlottesville.

非常非常乾淨，對於有潔癖的住客竟然不像離開酒店了。非常有氛圍的一家酒店，環境舒適。大廳十分温馨，温暖，可以坐一下午。

Il servizio clienti è stato fantastico. Le camere erano pulite, il cibo era buono e il caffè era disponibile 24/7, e l'atmosfera era molto bello. Voglio dare kudos a Michelle, Ila, Tee che erano dietro il desktop per l'ingresso/uscita su tutti e tre i turni perché meritano sollecitazioni e riconoscimenti. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel, ma questo hotel ha tre dei migliori dipendenti che abbia mai visto in quanto il servizio clienti va.

Molto buono, la stanza è pulita e igienica, spaziosa, c'è un parcheggio gratuito, la colazione è generalmente, l'atteggiamento del cameriere è buono
