We are within minutes from local business districts Historic downtown and UVA. New smart bedding and 27 Flat Screen TVs in all rooms. Microwaves and refrigerators are available in some rooms.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean, odor-free, and very spacious. The staff was attentive and quickly provided me with a new key after I accidentally locked mine in the room. The parking lot was well lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Excellent value for the price!

That which was unique, but was not necessarily safe was that all room occupants could open a door at the end of the corridor with their room key. And the door was sometimes left open. which lead outdoors.

Breakfast was juice and a granola bar. I had the do not disturb sign up and at 8am someone came into my room and flipped the light on without knocking or apologizing. Then around 9am someone was banging on my door and check out was 11. Around 10am someone was vacuuming the hall and whistling.

We stayed for one night. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and nice. The parking lot was also very lit up at night for security and they had security cameras all over the building the actually seemed to monitor. All that though probably isn’t even necessary as the surrounding area isn’t sketchy looking. It was great for $100.

The room was humid and had a smell. Some hairs were found on towels, bedding and in the shower. Somewhat noisy due to other guests in the hallway and not very sound proof doors.

two problems with the facility number one I left in the morning put the do not disturb sign on my door and when I returned at 10 AM, the maids had already stripped my room and we're inside. I had just booked the following night. Minutes before my mind was changed when I had to wait to get inside my room so I checked out at 12:30 PM and was charged for another full day. Very very disappointed I requested any type of discount and was refused.
