Premier Inn Ringwood

Lovely newish hotel Pleased that all usb ports working as this was a first for me at premier inn. However seriously consider NOT eating at the restaurant unless the staffing changes or get trained as they were all new overworked undertrained and unfortunately did not know what they were doing. 10% capacity in the restaurant and food was turning up after a very long wait and not cooked to customers specification. Fortunately breakfast was the usual premier inn breakfast you would normally expect. Note it is a small restaurant so not the full full range available for pastries and stuff. If you don’t want to worry about eating at the hotel restaurant, make sure you book ahead for an alternative restaurant or get a takeaway in the local town only a few mins drive, plenty to choose from.

Given price we upgraded to the plus room for bit of comfort and luxury. The staff was very helpful and service was brilliant, The food was lovely and a good selection of food/drink. The room and bed was comfortable and we had a excellent nights sleep.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the smooth check-in process to the incredibly welcoming staff who went above and beyond, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations—I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a very comfortable one night stay at this hotel in one of the Premier Plus rooms. The room was spacious with various extra chairs and a desk. Just the right temperature. Comfy bed as usual and a lovely quiet, dark room. Slept well. The staff were very helpful and in the morning we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast.

If only all Premier inns were like this! Great price, if you can chose a premier plus room. Spacious and great coffee machine and water provided. Check in was great via a QR code, parking was £3 for the night. My stay was quiet and peaceful. Lovely staff.

stayed over Christmas/New Year while visiting family. Bed and bedding were really comfortable, and blackout curtains were perhaps too good. Unfortunately, we had problems with noise from room above (starting 5:20am), and our request to change to top floor was poorly handled by the hotel.
