We're a family who stayed for 1 night to rest in preparation for an important flight..mm Upon our check-in, we were put in two distant rooms by one of the receptionist, We're a family of 4 who requested two twin rooms, not sure what she were thinking, putting one room on side and the other at the other corner of the building, like right at the end of the corridor, they could've tried at first but clearly lack attention.
So you can guess what happen, I went down to reception and said you put is in rooms far apart, it has to be close at least, there was this other agent at reception asked if the rooms were used I said obviously no! , I literally just came to the hotel, he asked in a confrontational tone and wasn't civil or professional, couldn't help but notice this terrible approach and lack in customer service skills. Very unwelcoming.
There's also no air conditioning or room temperature control, this is way below basic quality.
More importantly, they left the bins in the room with o bag, how totally unprofessional,.I had to stay at this hotel so I could be close to the airport as I had a very important flight to attend. But this hotel is not up to adequate standards. Highly not recommended
