Hotel in zona Tuincentrum GroenRijk 't Haantje Rijswijk, Rijswijk

Prima esperienza in questo nuovo hotel a Den Hoorn, dove ho soggiornato per lavoro. Molto spazioso, grande ristorante e sala per colazioni, la camera è bene attrezzata. Mancava solo un appoggio per la valigia, ed una bottiglia di acqua.

Sono solo così la piccola stanza che ho avuto era perfetta. 100 € per notte così rimase due notti. Non hanno parcheggio ma il garage lungo la strada è grande, pulito e sicuro. 20 € per notte ma lo stamperanno per dare un piccolo sconto. Ero letteralmente nel cuore di tutto quello che volevo vedere. Ero un blocco da quella famosa vista con la canale e la chiesa involucriata Vermeer dipinta e la piazza del mercato. Il personale era fantastico e utile, che comprende il desk front e il personale per la colazione. Il mio unico negativo è anche con la finestra chiusa, potevo ancora sentire le persone ridere e camminare in hotel che è un percorso comune per le persone/biciclette. Portare le orecchie. Colazione non era la migliore e sono davvero felice di non aver pagato il 20€ completo. E' finita per essere circa 10 ogni giorno perché è stato “incluso” nel prezzo che ho pagato 20 extra per 2 giorni. Se vuoi la comodità andare per esso, ma se hai tempo solo per ottenere colazione in uno dei molti ristoranti all'interno dei blocchi 1-2. In generale sono molto felice con il mio soggiorno. Grazie! Per i lettori, la stanza non è fissata per le foto, scusa, ma lazy e non mi conosci ;)

Centraal gelegen hotel langs de A13. Ideaal voor een uitstapje naar Delft, Den Haag of Rotterdam. Wij verbleven hier 3 nachten op de 7e etage. Fantastisch mooie ingerichte kamer met alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Een grote badkamer, een heerlijk bed, een koelkastje en een espresso machine. Koffie cups zijn onbeperkt af te halen bij de receptie. Het personeel bij de receptie was bijzonder aardig. Dit heb ik elders zelden meegemaakt.wij voelden ons direct thuis en hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Hier komen wij zeker weer eens terug. Super en de 5 sterren zeker waard.

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

Room (upgrade received as HHonors Diamond member) was very clean and spacious as was the hotel and corridors in general. Executive lounge has a nice terrace and offered a very good variety of food during happy hour. Breakfast buffet is rich and of very good quality. The breakfast room can be very busy but guests can also use additional seating in the adjacent bar, so this is not a problem. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk away from the Binnenhof. Overall one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed so far.

Free parking. A good start. Friendly and efficient reception. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment. This was known. Room good although not yet refurbished but we knew this in advance. Good bed , good bathroom. New restaurant ”Eiber” not good. Tables between the entrance and open kitchen are a no no. A continuous stream of coming and going diners and waiting staff is passing the tables and this is distracting and chaotic. Food quality mixed. Schnitzel (pork cutlet) and fries fine but vegetables rather tasteless. Stewed pork cheek not good. As if we had the last bit scraped from the barrel. Just some ”pulled meat” in a watery ”jus”. Not very tasty. The so called ”potato gratin” was no more than a dollop of mashed potato. We also briefly tried the bar but the music was so loud that we walked in and immediately out again! So all in all: Room fine, restaurant not so!

I reserved a hotel with bath inside the room. When we arrived it was farely busy in the hotel due to the check in times. We waited for 20 minutes to check in and were told we got upgraded to a wellness room with a sauna. We took a walk along the beach which is litteraly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed a nice jacuzzi and sauna the rest of the evening. With a stunning view along the beach and city. Yes it was pricey! And parking in front of the hotel is 25€ per day or 6,50€ per hour which is really expensive (the hotel cant do anything about the parking fees because of the government, but maybe public transport is an option for you) Pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. And dont forget you get access to their own wellness included with your room!

L'ospitalità e la cordialità del personale è stata più che buona. A volte ci voleva molto tempo prima che le bevande venissero portate sulla terrazza! Il pasto serale non era niente di speciale. All'antipasto mancavano degli elementi e la portata principale era tiepida. La cameriera è super gentile, non le vedi più così spesso. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate. I materassi hanno bisogno di essere sostituiti perché eravamo afflosciati l'uno verso l'altro. Colazione a dieci con una matita! Ma anche questo è possibile per quasi 28 euro a persona, ma con musica dal vivo al pianoforte. Tutto sommato, ritornerei sicuramente ma non cenare di nuovo perché ci sono molti punti di ristoro di qualità nelle vicinanze!

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.
