Hotel in zona Leeuwendaalkerk, Rijswijk

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

Molto bene, c'è due minuti da camminare dalla stazione, il traffico è molto conveniente

L'hotel era molto pulito, servizio sorprendente (il mio marito era malato con l'influenza e dobbiamo cambiare i nostri vestiti da letto e loro dove molto veloce). A proposito della posizione, la stazione ferroviaria è vicina e la stazione ferroviaria, ma è circa un'ora da Amsterdam centrale. A proposito delle strutture, è stato molto bello se l'hotel dispone di un bagno con una sauna e una stanza a vapore.

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

Centraal gelegen hotel langs de A13. Ideaal voor een uitstapje naar Delft, Den Haag of Rotterdam. Wij verbleven hier 3 nachten op de 7e etage. Fantastisch mooie ingerichte kamer met alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Een grote badkamer, een heerlijk bed, een koelkastje en een espresso machine. Koffie cups zijn onbeperkt af te halen bij de receptie. Het personeel bij de receptie was bijzonder aardig. Dit heb ik elders zelden meegemaakt.wij voelden ons direct thuis en hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Hier komen wij zeker weer eens terug. Super en de 5 sterren zeker waard.

Room (upgrade received as HHonors Diamond member) was very clean and spacious as was the hotel and corridors in general. Executive lounge has a nice terrace and offered a very good variety of food during happy hour. Breakfast buffet is rich and of very good quality. The breakfast room can be very busy but guests can also use additional seating in the adjacent bar, so this is not a problem. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk away from the Binnenhof. Overall one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed so far.

Sono solo così la piccola stanza che ho avuto era perfetta. 100 € per notte così rimase due notti. Non hanno parcheggio ma il garage lungo la strada è grande, pulito e sicuro. 20 € per notte ma lo stamperanno per dare un piccolo sconto. Ero letteralmente nel cuore di tutto quello che volevo vedere. Ero un blocco da quella famosa vista con la canale e la chiesa involucriata Vermeer dipinta e la piazza del mercato. Il personale era fantastico e utile, che comprende il desk front e il personale per la colazione. Il mio unico negativo è anche con la finestra chiusa, potevo ancora sentire le persone ridere e camminare in hotel che è un percorso comune per le persone/biciclette. Portare le orecchie. Colazione non era la migliore e sono davvero felice di non aver pagato il 20€ completo. E' finita per essere circa 10 ogni giorno perché è stato “incluso” nel prezzo che ho pagato 20 extra per 2 giorni. Se vuoi la comodità andare per esso, ma se hai tempo solo per ottenere colazione in uno dei molti ristoranti all'interno dei blocchi 1-2. In generale sono molto felice con il mio soggiorno. Grazie! Prima esperienza in questo nuovo hotel a Den Hoorn, dove ho soggiornato per lavoro. Molto spazioso, grande ristorante e sala per colazioni, la camera è bene attrezzata. Mancava solo un appoggio per la valigia, ed una bottiglia di acqua.

I love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.
