Hotel fantastico, grande posizione per l'autobus aeroportuale e visione della città antica. Amorevole il design interno e molto pulito, siamo stati in un doppio superiore e non poteva sbagliarlo. Anche il colazione era eccellente. Prenota di nuovo se tornano - abbiamo avuto un volo tardivo a casa e abbiamo guardato il nostro bagaglio che era grande.

We booked a room with a city view and didn’t get it (but paid for that). Hotel shows that have a parking, but if You will go to the hotel by car you will receive a ticket from police man, so you need to find a parking place. Was loud music till 11 pm. The swimming pool experience was horrible, a lot of man had drinks and food from the local shop, nobody was there to keep on eye what’s going on, so we just left those drunk people to keep parting there.

Отель расположен в Старой Риге, напротив автобусного вокзала через дорогу. Гостеприимный ресепшн, поздравили с днём рождения - это было так приятно и неожиданно! Благодарю 💐! Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак с приветственным проссеко на входе. На завтраке даже после отеля олл инклюзив был для нас выбор. От души благодарим! Спа воспользоваться не успели, работает с 9 утра и до 21 по предварительной записи. Впрочем, в нашем номере была ванна.

Grande hotel in una posizione fantastica tra la vecchia città e il centro città. 🏨 Se vuoi essere vicino alle attrazioni più importanti, a pochi passi, questa è una grande scelta! Un bellissimo hotel boutique, con un'atmosfera cinematografica ed un elegante decoro. Le camere sono decorate in un cinema 📽️🎬 atmosfera, i poster del cinema nei corridoi sono impressionanti. I interni sono belli e fotogenici. 🎬🎞️ Il personale è bello e utile, la nostra stanza era pronta prima dell'iscrizione e abbiamo avuto le chiavi prima. ❤️ Possiamo lasciare il nostro bagaglio dopo l'iscrizione. Il letto è molto grande e comodo, la stanza ha una caldaia, una macchina per caffè e un bar ben attrezzato. Per il colazione, c'è una grande selezione di cibo dolce e salato. Ci sono anche sedie a sedere per bambini. 👧❤️ Un grande posto per soggiornare a Riga. Raccomando e sarò felice di tornare! 🙂

Bellissimo ambiente, posizione strategica, mezzi di trasporto convenienti, camere confortevoli e igieniche e personale di servizio cordiale e disponibile. Il design degli interni della camera è unico, semplice ed elegante e mostra lo stile architettonico regionale. Nella camera è presente un balcone che può integrare il cielo azzurro, il mare e il sole nella vista1. Le strutture sono moderne, Internet è veloce, la biancheria da letto in camera è confortevole e il bagno è pulito. Il servizio della reception è stato entusiasta, il processo di check-in è stato efficiente e sono stati forniti servizi e cure extra2. Prestazioni ad alto costo, ampio spazio, buon isolamento acustico, strutture abitative circostanti complete e trasporto conveniente3.

Struttura di chiara concezione russa. camere accoglienti e pulite. colazione discreta improntata maggiormente sul salato, caffè da macchinetta. attenzione al parcheggio esterno in quanto ci è stata fatta multa dopo 5 minuti dal parcheggio. a 5 min a piedi dal mercato centrale e 20 min a piedi dal centro. Allucinante la confusione nel rilascio delle 13 camere prenotate. Parte dello staff non conosce l inglese.

Hotel a qualche minuto di autobus dal centro della Old Town, staff gentile, struttura pulita e in linea con le mie aspettative. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La colazione a buffet, inclusa nel prezzo, è abbondante e offre diversi prodotti. Struttura consigliata.

This hotel is not situated in a nice area, a number of the surrounding buildings are in a very poor state. The hotel is very old fashioned with dark and dated furniture The air con had one setting, you couldn’t get it to blow cold air. It didn’t matter what temperature you put it to, it kept reverting back to 26 degrees. The internet was very intermittent, it kept dropping off. Very very poor quality towels. They are virtually threaded bare…! If you had them at home, you would put them in the garbage. Shower curtain which I hate…! There are stains on the chair and armchair- it’s such an easy job to clean them…! There is some shower gel, but no shampoo or conditioner. I wish hotels would realise that providing shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are what clients expect. When one is travelling, you don’t want to have to buy shampoo and conditioner to use at some of these poor quality hotels and carry it around for the rest of your holiday. It’s no surprise that Airbnb hosts are stealing hotel customers. The quality and service that some Airbnb hosts offer are far superior to many hotels. The curtains didn’t fit the windows and there was bright light streaming into the room all night. On the plus side, they provide shower caps. There was a safe in the room. Also a mini bar. And a kettle. They only clean your room if you remember to put the sign outside. For me this is a cost saving exercise, nothing to do with the environment…! When they don’t change your towels neither do they enter the room to empty the bins or vacuum the floor….! So it is a cost saving exercise. However they still charge the same. You don’t feel valued as a customer. At breakfast there was a reasonable selection of hot and cold foods. The dining room was very busy, many people had to share tables with others.

L’hotel è molto comodo qualora abbiate necessità di raggiungere l’aeroporto ad orari infelici, sebbene questo non sia raggiungibile di fatto a piedi ma solo con taxi/Bolt. Gli standard sono quelli del marchio Hampton di Hilton, con camere comode e funzionali ma servizi essenziali, trattandosi di un 3 stelle superior. Essenziale come la colazione, comunque di buona qualità. Unica pecca negativa la macchina del caffè, con espresso e cappuccino ben lontani dagli standard italiani. In generale un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We visited the spa - it’s quite big and offers a lot of variety of sauna. Depending on the time of the day it’s not too crowded which is ideal. After that we had a massage which was also very professional. Finally, the restaurant is very nice, service is great. Unfortunately not all the items of the menu were available (no octopus which was in several dishes) but what we had (seefood risotto and pork cheeks) was perfectly cooked. Overall a great place to spend a day away from the city.
