Posizione eccellente, ai margini della città vecchia. Camera con vista sul fiume, ottima insonorizzazione dall'esterno perché la strada è molto rumorosa, un po' meno con c le altre stanze. Divieto di sosta, molto complicato e molto costoso parcheggiare a Riga. Colazione molto buona. Accesso alla Spa pagando 20E, piscina un po' fredda. Piccoli tocchi extra per la nostra luna di miele.

Il cibo era perfetto e il succo d'arancia era delizioso. Il letto era molto comodo. Nel complesso, è andato tutto bene. Sarebbe comunque ottimo se la reception fornisse maggiori informazioni. Ad esempio, non sapevo se potevo bere l'acqua minerale che c'era sul tavolo in camera mia, e la mattina mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare un euro, anche se avevo preparato il pagamento la sera prima ed ero informato che non era necessario. E lo hanno chiesto la mattina.

The location is great and the room is nice but the service in the hotel desk is very slowly and unfriendly

Hotel is located by the riverfront. A short walk to the old town and the central market. Our rooms were at the adjacent building. 4406 is not spacious but for 2 nights, it's fine. We all liked the rich varied breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to several unresolved issues and poor communication from the staff. The sink in our room was broken, making it unusable for even basic hygiene like washing our hands. We reported this to reception in the morning and were told a technician would come to fix it. Unfortunately, that never happened. When we followed up later, we were told the technician was “busy” and had already left for the day. We requested a room change, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Given the lack of basic amenities, we felt a refund was reasonable. Initially, the front desk staff seemed understanding and said we could speak to the manager in the morning. However, when we returned, we were redirected again and told to call another manager the following day. When we finally reached him, he flatly denied our refund request. Other aspects of the stay were also unsatisfactory. Check-in was slow, despite us arriving at the expected time. We had specifically requested separate beds, which we did not receive. Additionally, when we returned to the room later that day, it had not been cleaned. Overall, this experience left us feeling misled and frustrated. We’ve since contacted Trip and our credit card provider to escalate the issue. I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

the hotel says it is 5 stars, I was in a room level of ibis budget which doesnt meet even 3 stars standard, very disapointed, very ugly room, they gave me a room on another building.  no dining room service, front desk service very limited, I will not stay there anymore.

I was moved from the original hotel to some other area, near central station , the location didn’t suit me . Also they say that they upgrade my room but it was worth then the hotel I booked before . The spa was much smaller and the breakfast wasn’t the same as it was in the hotel I choose . I get a room with such a door as in picture 🙁 I didn’t feel quite safe .

Well located in the city and only 1 minute away from an airport bus stop. Breakfast was exactly the same for all 3 days though with no variation. The bathroom had a broken vent which really could have been fixed.

The hotel was amazing from room to the breakfast to the Spa. The location is also very convenient with old town walking distance and the boat tour stop right across. Marvelous view from the riverside. Lots of eating options in the breakfast buffet. The Spa was really fun both for adults as well as kids.

Room is big and cosy. The breakfast has a good variety. Location is near to most attraction. Central market is nearby too.

The hotel was so nice! we love the location that near old town. the breakfast was great also!
