Which shows on my reservation. I also confirmed with you personally Mrs. Petrow that I would be given a wheel chair accessible room. You stated that I would only be able to get it if I requested it in my reservation. Which is proven I did. Not only did I not receive the correct room. You charged me a 40$ fee for early check in which I paid in cash. Even more so I woke up this morning with roaches. Below will be attached a video. Also in the subject line you will see a ticket number. This was filled with customer relations by Janiah from headquarters. She also has escalated this issue to hire management. She tried reaching out to the property via phone call this morning. I was standing in the lobby while no one answered her phone call. There was two employees sitting in the lobby on their cell phones. All videos have been emailed over to Janiah with customer relations. She single handedly had an opportunity to see how unprofessional this hotel is ran. While being in the phone with CR she attempted to call the property twice while I stood in the middle of the lobby and listen to the phone just ring over and over again. This has been the worst experience EVER. Even more so the fact that your the leader at this property and have failed terribly to properly run this establishment effectively.

Non va bene finora. Ho controllato ieri. Per qualche motivo, hanno aggiunto il 20% al mio conto, se fumo nella stanza. Non fumo. Quando mi sono accostato, ho chiesto abbastanza tovaglie e caffè per la settimana (5 grandi tovaglie, 5 lavastoviglie, 10 caffè).La giovane donna al dipartimento ha detto che avrebbe lasciato un biglietto per la custodia. Sto cercando di ridurre l'esposizione del custode alle mie cooties e all'esposizione alle loro cooties. Questo non è stato un problema con nessun altro hotel dove ho soggiornato negli ultimi 14 mesi, e ci sono stati diversi. Dopo il lavoro di oggi, ero al negozio di vendite e ho preso alcune cose e qualcuno mi ha chiamato dall'hotel. Ho chiesto un piatto extra perché mi piace la stanza fredda ma devo essere calda. Mi è stato detto che ci sarebbe un piatto extra, fermati al divano di fronte. Mi hanno dato un altro confortante. Ok, lo farò. Sono arrivato nella stanza e non c'è caffè. I custodi sono nella sala, tre di loro. Chiedo il caffè. Nessuno di loro può scoprire come darmi un sacco di tazze di caffè. Chiamo il desk dopo aver fatto una doccia, vedremo come va. Finora, queste persone non hanno fatto nulla che mi faccia volere restare di nuovo qui. Inoltre, sono un po' preoccupato per il quartiere. Ho vissuto in alcuni luoghi piuttosto schizzi e il mio primo anno di archeologia è stato speso in un Motel 6 che era piuttosto cattivo. Non è ovviamente la parte ricca della città e sono a posto, ma il documento che ho firmato quando ho controllato aveva qualcosa su di esso su come lavorano strettamente con la polizia. Voglio solo un posto pulito e sicuro per restare.

Ho viaggiato nella zona della baia per un servizio di memoria, ho avuto il mio padre disabile di 90 anni in trappola, e dopo la lunga guida, mio padre aveva grandi difficoltà a uscire dall'auto e a camminare. Il personale amichevole e utile era proprio li' per aiutarmi e ci ha anche prestato una sedia a rotelle per il fine settimana. Abbiamo una suite al 5° piano. Anche se non era accessibile ADA, aveva una doccia a piedi e porte ampia. C'era un bel balcone con una grande vista sulla baia. La camera da letto e la sala da soggiorno avevano controlli aerei separati (che era meraviglioso quando ho fatto caldo e papà ha fatto freddo). C'è una tavola di conferenza completa, 6-person nell'appartamento! I miei cugini hanno portato la cena e abbiamo avuto una cena di famiglia proprio in camera nostra! Abbiamo ospitato anche la famiglia e gli amici nella zona del bistro molto confortevole per bere e conversare. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile e il cibo era grande!

Sono stato qui per tre giorni, mi sento molto bene.Prima di tutto, la stanza è buona, anche se è relativamente semplice, ma dovrebbe essere tutto il possibile, ci sono frigo elettrico e microonde.Perché l'hotel è vicino alla strada, ci sono veicoli più stupidi quando passano, ma con un orologio di scarico può anche affrontare. In secondo luogo, non sono lontani due supermercati alimentari. Anche se la scala non è molto grande, ci sono ancora verdure, frutta, pane, prodotti a base di carne, latte fresco e prodotti lattiero-caseari. La vita qui è molto conveniente. In terzo luogo, camminare 1, 2 chilometri è la stazione metropolitana Bart, e il trasporto a San Francisco e aeroporto è anche più conveniente. Quarto, vale la pena ricordare che non c'è una bicicletta e un pedonale intorno al mare nella zona della baia di San Francisco, lungo questa strada, può andare a 2, 3 chilometri in un parco pirata di un porto di yacht e di Richmond. Il paesaggio è molto buono.
