The property is extremely clean and staff were beyond welcoming. However the hotel is old. They have done an amazing job maintaining the property as well as possible.

Wasn't sure what to expect when booking this room but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
Bed was comfortable and clean and had excellent bed linen. The towels were big and fluffy. The rooms were well equipped with almost everything you'd need. The only thing that was missing for me was a coffee maker in the room.

Wonderful staff! The only downfall is no coffee machine in the rooms. Coffee vending machine is in lobby and the desk will give you tokens the night before, so not a big hassle. And the coffee is much better than you normally get in a hotel room.

One of my nights there a totally sleepless night , with someone shouting all night , this individual must have had a psych issues , staff could or should have done about it .

It looks really small on the outside, from the Lobby entrance but I was surprised that there were actually a lot of rooms!

First time staying here, and we would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small but for the affordable price it was awesome. It was well located for our needs, easy to get to all the different areas of the lower mainland that we needed to get to. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Absolutely No Ventilation in the room. They had a useless portable air-conditioning unit with NO outside exhaust connection. All the hot air was recirculating in the room and it caused even more heat and suffocation
disturbing sleep.
Everything was cramped and there was hardly any space left in the room as it was stacked with unwanted things.
Not at all a worthy place for the money they charged.

I stayed for one night as it was the closest hotel to where I needed to be the next day. It's in a shopping plaza - a little unexpected but absolutely fine!! The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. There was an odd smell throughout the hallway & room, however, I went nose blind to it relatively quickly. There was an air freshener in the room which helped! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick too.
It was quiet all night until around 9am - there is a daycare in the plaza and the kids were playing directly under my window. I was already awake, so it wasn't an issue for me - but worth noting.
Overall a great stay - I'd come back if I needed to be in this area again!
