We'd eaten at the brilliant restaurant before and I booked a night there for my husband's birthday. The room we stayed in, Baudelaire, was gorgeous: fabulous river view, that lovely copper tub, and a bed larger than my first flat. It was so comfortable - it had that air of what the Norwegians call "hygge". And food superb, of course. Thank you to the staff - we felt welcome, relaxed and spoilt throughout.

This stay was fantastic the team were so attentive during our stay, from reception, housekeeping and all of the bar and restaurant staff. The design of the hotel is great and the setting along the river is perfect. Have stayed in a few places in Richmond…..this was the best

Lovely afternoon tea at an excellent price (all items tasted great & were freshly made) exemplary service which was polite & welcoming together with a delightful location on the River front - We had a wonderful time & look forward to visiting again in the future

The Bingham Riverhouse is such a wonderful place. I had friends from all over the world visiting for the weekend & The Bingham Riverhouse team looked after us so well. Francesco & the team arranged a table for us last minute on Friday night for Espresso Martinis. We loved how welcoming & friendly they were & the service (sorry lovely female mixologist we did not get your name. You were amazing!) martinis & dj were fabulous! We then came back for Sunday lunch. To be welcomed by Troy, Carl & the team is so gorgeous & then being looked after by Roberto & the team was exceptional. We all love Vanessa! What a beautiful person & the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much. It really was the highlight of our weekend. See you all soon.

I had no idea there was a singles night happening when I arrived, but Rex at reception truly made our evening exceptional. He quickly sorted out a table for us and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. If you happen to visit while he’s on duty, consider yourself lucky!

Fantastic, characterful hotel with amazingly helpful and friendly staff - we wanted to have drinks in the bar, but it was full, so Rex happily brought drinks up to our room. The room was also extremely comfortable and quiet, despite overlooking the street.

Lovely day thanks to combination of the weather, the location by the Thames , and the staff at the Bingham. Nothing was too much trouble and very professional and well trained staff. The food was delicious at the reception and good breakfast the next morning. We stayed in a Beautiful room overlooking the river with air conditioning and very comfortable bed. As mother of the bride I felt that my daughter could not have made a better choice and she tells me that all her friends also thought the venue was exceptional. Not easy to please anxious brides and the Bingham do it with apparent ease.

We recently hosted a two-day business meeting at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The setting is truly unique, located right on the River Thames, offering a calm and serene atmosphere that helped create a focused and productive environment for our team. The meeting facilities were top-notch, with modern amenities and everything we needed for presentations and discussions. The team at Bingham Riverhouse was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. They were proactive in making sure we had everything from equipment to refreshments, and their level of professionalism really stood out. We also took full advantage of the on-site dining options, and the food was absolutely delicious! The Riverhouse Restaurant served up a variety of options, all made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. It’s clear that quality and sustainability are a priority here. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with some offering beautiful views of the river, which made it a great place to unwind after a full day of meetings. The staff went above and beyond in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Bingham Riverhouse is an ideal venue for business events. It combines elegance, functionality, and great service, all in a peaceful location that is still close to central London. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a productive yet relaxing business meeting.

We hosted our first Company Kick Off at Bingham Riverhouse in January 2025, and it was a huge success! Amy, Ricardo, Sohail, Tatyana, Nasser, Ivan, Hassan, Usama and Francesco were incredible- super helpful, patient and attentive, ensuring a fantastic event for all of our staff, who came from around the globe. Everyone commented on the impeccable service, great food and attention to detail. We would highly recommend the Bingham Riverhouse to anyone wanting a seamless event, and we are very appreciative of the hospitality.
