This completely restored one bedroom, one bathroom unit has a remote control fireplace, Juliet balcony, original hardwood flooring, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities one could ask for. Located across from the Richmond Visitors Center, it is within walking distance of the downtown area, parks, and EKU. The laundry, an outdoor patio, and recreational area are all shared spaces.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).$35 pet fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:$10 per hour charged after 11am for late check-out..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Smoking allowed in outside area and Juliet balcony.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Wedding
Property was super clean, easy access to parking. Walking distance to a couple local spots in town was nice.Definitely stay again if we're in the area!

My go to rental
My son relocated to Richmond for a job so we make frequent trips to visit. I love staying here and booked my next stay before I checked out! Great value for such wonderful accommodations.

Repeat customers
This was at least our 3rd stay this year. My daughter graduated from EKU and we have been staying here the past 3.5 years when we visit. Clean, easy check in, spacious, and comfortable. Andrew let me know I left my coat behind, and got it back to me. Thanks so much!!!

Great spot, walkable to downtown Richmond
4 identical layout units, 2 up - 2 Down. Superbly decorated with real furniture, no IKEA stuff. Live plants throughout are a nice touch. If I had a student at ECU and came on the regular, this would be my go-to, no question. Stayed 4 nights, walked downtown for dinner and drinks every night.
We will be back.

Always feels like home
Second stay this year, but not the last. We’ll be returning for graduation weekend in Dec. We’ve stayed here when in town several times a year for the past 3 years. Always a delight, quiet and clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Safe quiet getaway

Very nice place
Nice apartment. Loved the whole space. One suggestion would be to provide parking instructions. Also to note how to enter the apartments from the back stairs.
