The room was really big with A couch and coffee table.it was super clean comfortable bed and good quality tv. Best Motel in the area

It was filthy. The towels were stained with brown spots and threadbare. There was a drip of something down the short wall that made sticky drops on the floor. Yuck.

The motel definitely need paint and repairs to the outside of the building. Inside appears to be in the process of updating.

Staff was very nice,friendly! Room was clean, but extremely run down. Stains & burn holes on carpet, stains on sides of box springs, mold on walls/ceiling of bathroom. Definitely in need of remodeling! But it did serve its purpose and let us get some sleep before heading back home after a long trip.

Outdated, found broken glass on the floor. Missing battery in smoke detector. Outlet falling out of wall. Cigarette burns in the bedding of a nonsmoking room. Strong cigarette smell for a non smoking room. Missing light bulb. Mutiple fastner holes in walls. Staff not available at front desk. When the internet went out they told us to leach of the hotel next door.

The toilet didn't work properly. The tank would not full with water after flushing. We had to remove the tank cover and manually manipulate the fill valve every single time we flushed. Also the shower was terrible. There was very little water pressure and there was no way to adjust the water stream. It sprayed out at such a wide angle that if you stood in the middle of the shower you would not get wet.

Room was not cleaned well. Mattresses were old, as were pillows. Sheets on one bed had hair all over them.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times in the past & we’re always satisfied. This time, we were “greeted” by the rudest front desk employee ever. Her “sparkling” personality will ensure that we NEVER stay at this property again! The room was clean, but very outdated & the surrounding area was dirty & had an unsafe feeling to it.

The only issue I had was that I got a 'smoking' room. Not offensively so, but I forgot that not all states have prohibited smoking indoors. Next time I will try to remember to reserve 'non-smoking' accomodation.
