The front desk clerk, Melanie, took the time to reach out when housekeeping found my son's stuffed armadillo was left in our room. That really showed great customer service and saved us a lot of inconvenience at bedtime the next night!! Huge thanks to her & housekeeping for going above and beyond!

Nice bright and roomy rooms. Quiet. Clean. One computer and printer, sometimes used by the office staff so you can’t use. The only negative is the breakfast. The option every day is premade food in zip lock bags: pancakes or bean and bean burritos. There’s also packages of oatmeal or two kinds of cold cereal, and great value yogurt. Small 3 piece gym, dated equipment. Warm swimming pool. The last two weren’t used by me.

Excellent service and always accommodating my requests. My 4th visit in less than a year… always felt like coming home. Great restaurant/ bar on premises

The staff were friendly and the pool was nice and warm. The rooms were clean.
The breakfast offered was a little sad. There weren’t many options. The pancakes were made ahead of time and placed in baggies for convenience- however we did find mold on one of the packages.

Very nice hotel, not a stairs in the main commonary pool was warm. No hot tub, but overall service was great. Hotel was clean.

We travelled to Richland Center during our Frank Lloyd Wright Tour and we wanted to see the A.D. German Warehouse designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Coming in on HWY 14 is very bumpy and in need of repair, this is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel is a bit strange looking, like a small Capital Building. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We were told the breakfast was included and It Was Not, so make use to ask in case breakfast options change. Over all it was ok.
