Checked in and found no first floor rooms and no elevator. I have a handicap and stairs are not easy. Manager/owner was a bit rude. Breakfast was very good.

The place was semi clean, the hot tub was filthy you could see the grime building up. The breakfast wasn’t good. Powdered eggs and stale toast and bagels. The pillows were deformed and not great to sleep with.

Pros: Great location, great TV channel options, beds comfortable. Great breakfast options. Cons: Shower head spayed everywhere but on me, Bed coverings should be replaced (holes, thin), curtains nice and thick but too long- cover output.

Breakfast has cold scramble eggs, water in pool was more like 70. To much foam bubble and highly top clorinate in hot tub. Front desk clerk keep asking me if I smoke for a non smoking room. Didn't not think it should be asked 15 times only once

The toilet didn’t work properly. They came and plundered it. This let the toilet work for two flushes. At 11 pm when I flushed the toilet the water came up to the rim but not over. I did not call them back because it was late. My husband used the toilet at 4am and it overflowed. He went down and woke the person at work. My husband was asked if he used too much toilet paper. Really?!
