Staff was helpful, polite and friendly ☺️😄
Had a couple small hiccups but they resolved them immediately. Definitely go back and would refer others!!! Great price, great location and great suite!!! Thank you!

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly but the room smelled like moth balls and the shower curtain rod was falling down and off the wall. the curved curtain rod was down so far that the curtain would always move to the center while showering and getting water all over the floor. The toilet was constantly running throughout the night untill I reset the fill valve properly. The front lobby is very nice, but the outdoor pool area is dark and sketchy

Given the price range, the stay was well worth it. While the bed was not the most comfortable, it was not hard to sleep on, the room was very clean and well cared for.
What I was NEVER told was that they hold $100 deposit for the next 3-5 business days. It wasn’t on the receipt, it wasn’t on the booking ( Which I just checked to see if I could even find it in the fine print) and it wasn’t on the invoice. It wasn’t until I checked my bank account that I even found out about it. This is absolutely insane!

Dirty, damaged furniture, $100 deposit, turned off water at 5am, cheap sheets, dated. Charge for breakfast and coffee.

Room didn’t get cold. Glad we brought our own fan. We asked for extra towels and were told they didn’t have any. No TV remote but they quickly brought us one. Hotel is old but served our needs. Cafe staff was polite. Was happy they served Starbucks.

I have stayed at this property many times when in Richardson for work related business. The staff is friendly and helpful when accommodating room location requests (I’m a light sleeper so location is key to a good night’s sleep). I have noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the rooms over the past few months (normally make 1-2 trips a month). Not sure if it is age of the property or truly the tub areas are not cleaned very well. But overall it is a nice, quiet property.

It smells clean! Not that one can smell WHAT was used to clean the place, BUT it just smells very clean. How wonderful! Loved everything about it!
