One story 4 bed/2 bath in SW Richardson right by Dallas, shopping, University of Texas- Dallas, and close to highway 75 for easy travel. Sip complimentary Keurig coffee while enjoying the peace and quiet and a babbling creek right behind property. Pack n play and portable high chair provided, plus toys and games for kids. Security cameras outside for safety. High speed wifi and Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. Quiet neighborhood street with no traffic. Plenty of parking. High end Creek Retreat
Hi, my classmates and I rented this property from March 12 to 15, 2025. It was exactly as advertised and a great place for us. We attended a conference in Dallas, so the location was convenient. We did encounter an issue with the internet, but it was resolved by the next business day.The property is lovely and perfect for our needs. It's close to Highway 75, making it easy to get where we needed to go. It's located in a quiet neighborhood yet is near stores and restaurants.

Birthday Trip
Visited with family and friends for my husband’s 50th birthday. The home was clean and well appointed. It was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Anytime I had questions, Mary was quick to respond. The only critique we had was that the living room area was not very comfortable for hanging out. We spent most of our time sitting at the dining room table for that reason. It was still a 10/10 stay despite that.

Winter escape
Stayed for two weeks to escape winter up North, House was nice and host was very responsive. There were issues with the kitchen floor they warned us about. Overall a nice stay!

Work/school getaway
Stayed in Richardson to be close to ut Dallas. House was perfect. Quiet neighborhood near restaurants. Easy neighborhood to run and walk in. House was clean and as advertised. Perfect stay

Sorority Sisters Reunion
Very well equipped home, we didn’t lack for a thing. The home is large and with all the modern conveniences. The backyard was great! The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. We all enjoyed our time there. Hope to
return in the future.

Colleague Group
Five female colleagues in town for continuing education event. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was within 15 minutes of the venue, so also very convenient. All of the appliances are modern and in good working order. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan which is great for white noise and air movement. The AC was good too.

Stay for a wedding
The property was updated and we felt safe in the area. The property manager responded promptly and was very helpful. We were in town five days for hosting a wedding and it met all our needs for location, space and parking. We recommend this property for any short term rental needs in the Dallas area.
