From the moment my wife and I checked in with Carla to the time we checked out with Alexandre, everything about this resort and spa was absolutely wonderful. The set menu on Christmas Eve was fantastic even though foie gras is outside my comfort zone. Christmas day dinner was simply perfect. We had an Italian waiter the first night with the exceptional assistance from Harold both nights. The breakfast service was superb! It is also great to start the morning off with champagne. The pools, inside and out, were remarkable. Even the sports bar served great food. My wife said the fish and chips there were the best she had outside of England. We absolutely recommend this place to any lover of spas, great food, and courteous service.

For a 4 star hotel I was hoping for a bit more when looking at service and food. Too many young unexperienced and too few senior employees in service able to provide the necessary experience and quality e.g. on arrival you are not received by anyone in the reception almost ignoring that you have arrived - untill you say HALLOOO!!! And when asking for roomservice e.g. a refill of soap dispenser it does not happen for 2 days - still empty on day 4 on departure. Dining in the restaurant was partly re-heated food, and not rall e-heatet to the right temperature above 60dg to make sure that it is safe to serve I feel. At breakfast there are no fresh fruits on the buffet, only from tin - come on! And bacon is totally not fried, but boiled, making it not an thing you visit more than one time. I asked for small portion af freshly made ones, which I recommend as a solution. They were good. Spa-area is great, and super nice young people in the right element helping you. It was sometimes too overcrowded with day-visitors I think - noisy. Would love to go back as venue is beautiful - if just a bit more effort was put into the daily work… but that is just me, having high expectations maybe…

It is always a pleasure to stay at a Barriere hotel, not only Ribeauville but Paris and Deauville as well. We visited Ribeauville hotel many times and we will again. Professional and efficient service, warm welcome … Once it was my wife’s birthday we got an upgrade to a suite and a bottle of Champagne, Fouquet I think. No need to say more …

Magnifique espace Balnéo, 2 piscine intérieures dont une musicale, un bassin extérieur, un solarium, eau à 34°, très agréable. Hamman et sauna au sous sol sans maillot mais avec serviette, nous n'avons pas compris la différence d'hygiène entre le maillot et la serviette pour bénéficier de ce lieu. Restauration Le Belvédère, cadre moderne, agréable, personnel serviable et accueillant, plats et boissons variés, très bon, service du plat chaud (un peu juste en température) en salle. Nous avons passé un agréable moment.

Très bel hôtel, et tout le personnel est sourient, gentil et attentionné. L'accueil à été parfait. Mes chambres sont spacieuses et le lit tres confortable. L'espace spa procure une réelle détente avec différentes activités dont le bassin de musique subaquatique des plus relaxant. Le paysage est magnifique et on a eu la chance d'avoir le soleil pour profiter des transats extérieurs. Nous avons également dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel, tout était très bon et le service impeccable. Le ****** rajoute une distraction.

Hotel : chambre, petit déjeuner, repas du soir , rien à redire tout était très bien. Pour le côté balnéo, pas terrible, une centaine de personne dans un petit bain situé en extérieur. Pas de privilèges pour les résidents de l'hôtel (au prix des chambres, c'est moyen)

Excellent accueil par Alexandre, chambre très agréable et bien équipée, spa agréable avec de beaux jardins extérieurs, soins parfaits, petits-déjeuners complets avec des produits locaux, service rapide et sans fausse note au restaurant, petit cadeau lors du check-out. Le client est vraiment considéré ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cet établissement et nous reviendrons !
