The convenience of this accommodation is great with a short distance to pub, shopping mall and the major expressway. The warm welcome of the preheated room is a wonderful touch after passing through the chilly winter days of Scotland.

The room is dirty, especialy the bathroom...and very smelly... Staff unpolite and not helpfull. Not willing to helo. Didn't offer solution even with simple things .giving incomplete information. Alot of issues with painents. They only acceot card or pounds cash. I had dolars.. so they insisted to go to exchange and pey before checking inn. I did but it was an issue if time...I wish I know that befire, so I coud make an exchange at the airpirt, before coming so I didn't need to waste time and money on another taxi to take me up and down looking for exchange office??? What if I arrived in the night? It was a terible exoerience And the hotel is dirty, Housekeeping in 3 days just empty the trush and change one timebthe towels once( with insistence) they complain they are busy... Didn't touch the bed or hoover...eather clean the bathroom ...

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, Great breakfast , We arrived quite late and got a warm welcome, Room was perfect temperature, All you can eat breakfast is brilliant, Great value for money, free parking is brilliant, Would definitely stay again,

o air-conditionion, despite there being units in the room they are disabled. Absolutely terrible, will not book with this chain again, could barely sleep because it was so hot. Was told when complaining that it says on the site when booking that there is no air-con, but in fact it doesnt, it just doesnt list air-con. Its a reasonable expectation for rooms to have air-con as almost every hotel does, not having to check to see if it is listed is the norm!

Overall a pleasant stay. Clean, tidy, spacious room. Good customer service throughout stay although v little service required during my visit. Breakfast fell short of usual high expectations as a variety of 'cooked items' were unavailable, when required, as chef was unable to keep up with demand.

Receptionist on the late shift over tea-time was rude when my husband enquired about booking dinner as he was informed we couldn’t eat at the time we requested due to a table of 5 coming in 45 mins after we wanted to book as it would be too much pressure for the chef. For someone that works in the hospitality industry, I think this is a bad response for a family for 3 adults & an infant aged 1.5years old to be told we couldn’t eat until 8pm.

Reasonably priced hotel. Two negatives 1. Pillows leave a lot to be desired. 2. Shame that they don’t ditch the American Hash Browns and as it is Scotland serve tattie scones, fried pancakes, Lorne Sausage. They all ready offer pancakes in the continental breakfast all they need to do is fry them. On the positive for dinner have the steak perfectly cooked to requested medium rare.
