Amazing and Friendly service at Olive Bar from Chrysa, Aris and Nicole. Made our holiday even better with their amazing service. Would definitely go back to this hotel. Service has been fantastic they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Cocktails are out of this world made by the lovely Nicole. Chrysa and Aris are very professional and are fantastic at their job, always smiling and friendly and cannot do enough for you. They remembered our names and gave us a warm welcome everyday. Food, drink and service out of this world. Also the amazing setting helps. It is having staff like this that makes a hotel stand out and better than others. It’s having staff like this that make you want to come back time and time again. Hotel are lucky to have them. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I came here on a girls holiday and will definitely be returning.

We had the village salad (Greek salad), seafood bali on Chrysa’s recommendation, grandmas chips and mastiha cocktails. Wow! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We were absolutely blown away with the hospitality, beauty and comfort that Casa Cook had to offer us. First impressions from the website told us the scenic views, stylish architecture and modern landscapes would be a treat; but what we didn’t expect was everything else that was to come. Everything was impeccably clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were the most kindest, friendliest team of people! We were welcomed by a lovely man in reception, his name was Nicos. He got us sorted to our comfortable room at midnight when we checked in. The casa we stayed in had a shared (but still very private) pool, with the most amazing backdrop. We had a well nights rest in a comfortable king size bed (the softest hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on!) A morning appetite is recommended, as you will be greeted warmly again in the morning with a plethora of food to choose from. The choice and variety of breakfast is very impressive. For dinner we had the half board option. Again, the soups, appetisers, main dishes and desserts were out of this world. Some staff who must be named for their INCREDIBLE hospitality are Christoforos, “Di-di”, Tsampika, Klaidi, “Deppy”, Nick… there were so many more but I cannot remember all of their names! (Even the cats were friendly!) I could honestly go on and on with how wonderful everything was. Definitely will be back in the future for another visit. Would recommend this haven to anyone who wants a comfortable, luxurious holiday in Rhodes. Thank you once again. 🤍🤍🤍

I have never experienced hospitality like this. Every member of staff is exemplary. They are so friendly, have an amazing sense of humour and all speak fluent English. Christoforos, is the most welcoming man I have ever met, makes you feel instantly comfortable. We also loved Tsambika, Di-Di, Clyde and Nicos. However feels a shame to single them out because every member of staff were genuinely nice. My wife and I have just had the best holiday ever. The hotel itself is beautiful and situated in an ideal location to visit other places in Rhodes. 30 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Lindos, 35 minutes from Rhodes town. The food and experience of dining is something I’ll never forget. I have gone to bed excited to wake up for breakfast every morning. We will definitely come back soon.
