Zenith Sea Side Hotel

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stata una grande delusione. Nonostante la struttura si pubblicizzi come una struttura a quattro stelle, a mio parere non merita una categoria così elevata. Le camere erano in pessime condizioni: sporche, trascurate e non rinnovate da molto tempo. Per un giorno non c'era acqua calda in bagno, il che è stato molto scomodo. Il cibo nel ristorante dell'hotel era così pessimo che sono stato costretto a mangiare fuori. Inoltre, spesso il bar terminava le bevande presenti sul menù, compreso il semplice caffè. Anche la piscina lasciava molto a desiderare: trascurata e poco invitante da utilizzare. I problemi costanti mi impedivano di riposare e rilassarmi come avevo programmato. Purtroppo non consiglio questo hotel e sicuramente non ci tornerò.

Very nice hotel located 100m far from the beach in the very silent and picturesque part of the island. It is enough to cross the street and you can enjoy the sunburn and swimming in very clean sea. The water is incredibly crystal clear It’s called now Ampelia Seaside Resort. Rooms in the hotel are very clean and spacious.

We’ve arrived late night and got a room which was in terrible condition ( broken bed, dirty walls, greasy surfaces, ridicolous bathroom, etc ) Next morning I requested an other room, the hotel manager was helpful and gave us another one, which was slightly in a better condition. Also called the travel agency ( Kartago Tours) to find an other hotel for us but they didn’t do anything, shame on them. Unfortunately we had to spend one week in Zenith and see the not acceptable conditions of this unit. First of all, everything is sooo dirty, the walls, the furnitures, the dishes in the restaurant, there’s no sign for any cleaning activities at all. The cleaning of the rooms is almost zero, the furnitures in the room are in very bad condition. You can’t even close the bathroom door because there’s a gap on it( see picture) The hotel itself in the middle of nothing, half finished houses around, even the garden of the hotel looks like the desert. If it wouldn’t be enough, there are mosquitos, ants everywhere in the “hotel” you can’t escape from them. There were few good things, such the staff was very kind, the sea is only 2-3 mins walking distance (nice beach) and I’d give 3;5 for the food on a scale of 5. All in all, if you don’t want to be disappointed and want real value for your money, don’t go there, never ever.

Our vacation was just perfect! We don't have a single bad word to say about this hotel! It was absolutely beautiful and fantastic experience! Although we arrived early, the staff were very helpful and polite and guided us to our room very promptly. We were even more happy and excited that the room was newly renovated, modern, beautiful and clean - just like in the pictures. 😍 The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and nice, everyone was polite and very friendly. Breakfast and other meals were very tasty and their price and quality were very appropriate and pleasant. We also met some great people, spend amazing time together and we are still in touch even for now. 😇 We really enjoyed every minute! It's really rare to find a place you want to return to, but we definitely will do it without even thinking about it! Thanks one more time to hotel and amazing staff. And we are counting days to go back! 🌴

All was told by previous customers! I didnt believe too much, but when i saw - it was like nightmare….just crying…too much money and everywhere was just big dirty - everywhere - the worst was in bathroom….never ever!:-(
