Hotel in zona Mariae Himmelfahrt Hallgarten, Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis

We had a lovely 1 night stay! On arrival we were helped with car parking straight away, and offered a glass of sparkling while we were checked in. The team members were welcoming, and the service at dinner and breakfast was friendly and professional. Food was delicious and particularly enjoyed the ‘made to order’ omelette. The Hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious. We had a shower over the bathtub which was ok for us, but may cause others difficulty. Location is fantastic and in easy walking distance to everything. We hope to stay again, thank you!

Sì, siamo stati qui l'ultima Natale e abbiamo avuto la stessa stanza che guardava la strada , la ferrovia e il fiume e aspettava il rumore !! Visualizzate dalle finestre sempre qualcosa da vedere . Perfetto con una tazza di tè e una biscottitta al mattino La stanza è grande e pulita e l'hotel dispone di molte altre camere più tranquille. Il parcheggio 10 euro al giorno il mercato di Natale inizia a 30 metri di distanza ! Al monumento Questo hotel è bello visitare ogni volta dell' anno .

Abbiamo sperimentato l'opposto di un servizio sconveniente.Il personale è stato molto amichevole e offre di aiutare con il nostro bagaglio. L'hotel ha le scale che sono sfidanti se lacca o inadatta. Le camere erano grandi e ben arredate, apparentemente l'hotel è stato rimodellato l'anno scorso. Il colazione era di 15 euro con uova fresche e pane, ma abbondante con selezioni. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale vicino al mercato della città e altre attrazioni. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto.

We booked this hotel because our friends recommended it. Apparently, as they said the quality has plummeted down in comparison to their previous stays. Rooms are good size and very clean, beds comfy, the pillows, however, are old and lumpy, it’s time to replace them. I couldn’t get shower water temperature right, it was going from hot to cold without me changing the setting. A disappointing experience with the hotel air-conditioning system. We stayed on the days when the outside temperature was ranging +28+32C but the hotel already switched the system to winter mode and our room felt boiling and stuffy. We were kindly offered an upgrade and the new room was on a different side and slightly cooler but I heard other guests complaining to the hotel stuff about the same problem. I would like to thank the gentleman at the front desk, who moved us from 640 to room 345 on 18th August, I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name but I want to make the hotel management aware about his professionalism and patience that he demonstrated while dealing with our complaint. Breakfast was decent and tasty. Bar team is friendly, I had great hospitality experience, Merci to the Iranian bar manager Isa (sorry I am not sure how to spell the name). The hotel is walking distance from The Museum which I recommend to visit and the Old Town.

Siamo stati alla ricerca di un alloggio per una notte, quando si è svolto un concerto in macello. La posizione è quasi direttamente in fronte - molto pratico. Prima di entrare in hotel si ottiene la possibilità di passare un check-in online. Per aprire le camere e l'hotel al di fuori delle ore di ricezione, l'ospite riceve un codice numerico. Il parcheggio è gratuito e senza preavviso. Molto pratico. TIPO: L'accesso al parcheggio è lungo la strada di Murnau dietro la casa. Purtroppo, l'osservazione all'ingresso principale è aumentata. :D Il check-in è in corso senza problemi. Si nota già una certa nonchalance, ma è molto simpatico. Nella zona di entrata ci sono macchine per la snack e le bevande e posti di lavoro informatici. Le camere sono luminose, tutte uniformi e compatte. Le finestre possono essere aperte, il clima funziona bene. I letti sono abbastanza grandi con 80*200CM e hanno un piacevole grado di durezza. TV e WiFi erano là. Ultimo con qualità invariata. Molto ordinato è stato la pulizia. La colazione è davvero conveniente con 10,50 EUR p.P. La selezione e la qualità sono buone. Il caffè è disponibile dal distributore, il succo dal donatore. Oltre ai soliti sospetti, ci sono anche pane di fragola e dolce. B&B soddisfa esattamente quello che si collega al marchio. L'alloggio è economico e conveniente.

Hotel molto bello, servizio molto cortese e colazione molto buona secondo gli standard. Un po’ deluso solo della palestra che purtroppo è un po’ limitata. Per il resto posizione ottima e molto confortevole. Il servizio di sveglia mattutina ci ha pure svegliati all’orario giusto

The Nassauer Hof has always been my favorite hotel in Wiesbaden. I have stayed there many times over the past 14 years; however, I have not been to Wiesbaden since the pandemic. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of me being a prior guest. They told me that their system was updated and that all older customers had been dropped off if there had been no stay in 2-3 years. When I would come in previously, I would always be greeted by name and receive an automatic room upgrade; this time, it showed as a first visit. My room was warm when I arrived. I put the air conditioning up, and I thought it cooled down. But it was still warm. I was at the property for three nights. Finally, on the third night, I couldn't take it anymore and called down to the front desk. A housekeeping staff member came in and could tell it wasn't working; she reported to Frau Lopez, who came and said to me that It was not working and that they could transfer my room.I was still trying to figure out how they could do that, as the hotel could not give me the extra third night at the front desk, and I had to book the third night on the hotel's website (not a partner website). I was very hesitant, but she and Jannis Bamberg made it seamless. Jannis brought my bags packed to the storage area so that I could take only one bag to the checkout in the morning. The room was not comparable to the one I was in, but it was cooler. There was a smell of old smoke. My real question is why a housekeeping staff member did not notice this and report it to the front desk. Instead, I noticed they turned the thermostat to max. Frau Lopez said that would never work as it can only reach a specific temperature. Perhaps, some training needs to be done. On a positive note, the spa at Nassauer Hof was as delightful as always, maintaining its high standards and providing a relaxing experience. One issue that needs attention is the bees, which seemed to be out of control during my stay. They were particularly aggressive around the outdoor areas and even found their way inside the breakfast area. I suggested placing small fans on the tables to deter them, and I hope this advice will be considered. The entire experience could have been better, and it's time to update the bed linens; they have been the same for at least 14 years.

L'hotel è stato molto pulito e confortevole, con una posizione eccellente vicino al centro della città. L'ubicazione era un'idea vicino a una strada di shopping con supermercato, negozi, ristoranti che sono a piedi di distanza. Mi terrebbero le grandi scatole Amazone e mi consegnare alla stanza senza un fusto. Avrei sicuramente consigliato l'Adina a tutti! E'un vero esempio di ospitalità eccellente.Grazie ancora per aver fatto un bel giro per la nostra squadra.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Very Friendly staff, EXTREMELY accommodating, great breakfast buffet, and VERY clean rooms. Really happy with our stay. Also has a tiny corner in the lobby with a few activities for kids such as books, puzzles and blocks to play with. Underground parking available with an extra fee if desired.

Io e i miei colleghi ci siamo fermati la prima volta durante il tragitto di lavoro verso Amsterdam e, dato che l’hotel ci era piaciuto molto, abbiamo deciso di fermarci anche al ritorno come sosta per la notte. Comodissimo perché vicino all’autostrada, grande parcheggio, silenzioso, vasta scelta per la colazione. Personale cortese. Lo consiglio!
