Un hotel ordinato senza snack. Ben situato e a piedi al centro della città. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite. La colazione è ok, ma niente di speciale. Il personale è un po' riservato. Ben adattato per passare un giorno con la bici sul Reno.

We recently stayed for 4 days at the Friendly City Hotel Oktopus. What looked online like a well-maintained hotel with many facilities turned out to be a complete lie. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news that the indoor pool was closed because it was warm enough outside (22 degrees and cloudy). We already found this strange. Once in the room, we saw several bloodstains on the curtain. When we pointed this out to the staff, nothing was done; they looked at me blankly and said this shouldn't be the case. No room change or even a simple apology was offered. The next day, we decided to go to the outdoor pool, but we were again disappointed: the facilities were closed. We couldn't use the kitchen, and the beach bar was also closed, so we couldn't even get a simple drink. When we brought this up, the staff responded negatively, claiming it wasn't their fault. We asked for a drink and some simple fries, but the chef refused to make it for us. This made us feel even less welcome. The staff told us that the next day we could eat and drink at the pool, so we went back to the outdoor pool as it was 26 degrees that day. Again, everything was closed. To order a drink, we knocked on the window to avoid walking through the lobby shirtless, and accidentally knocked over a plant pot. We went inside to clean it up on our own initiative but were quickly whistled back outside because we were wearing swim trunks. When we reported the fallen plant pot, the staff reacted very harshly, and the so-called facility manager walked away in the middle of the conversation. On the day of checkout, we were surprised by the lack of breakfast. When we asked about it, four croissants were thrown into the trays from which eight people had to eat. Shameful! We went to the front desk to argue about not paying the full price for a hotel that has nothing more to offer than a regular hotel. The owner was called in. We told our story, but without saying a word, he looked at us angrily and said, ”You can get 20 euros or nothing.” When we asked what he based this on, he said that we only paid 75 euros per room per night, so this was enough. We left it at that because we were completely fed up with the whole experience and the staff working there. Conclusion: If you plan to stay in Siegburg but are looking for extra facilities, do not book this hotel. There are cheaper hotels nearby that may seem to offer less on paper but probably offer more in reality! For me, never again (not) Friendly City Hotel Oktopus.

Il centro della città è molto centrale, a piedi dalla stazione, molto bel personale, bagagli di entrata e di partenza. Il buffet del colazione ha offerto tutto, miele fresco, pesce fumato, piatti caldi, frutta, frutta che potevo andare avanti.La piscina era perfetta e il nostro soggiorno coincideva con la festa del vino. Il treno al cima dei dracnei è fantastico e le viste sono meravigliose. Tutto aiutato insieme da bellissimo tempo. Ci ritroveremo e se questo è un gusto di hotel marittimi vi resteremo in altri . Konigswinter un bellissimo posto sul Reno per rimanere

Siamo stati allo Steigenberger Hotel per una notte, e all'ingresso è stato esattamente come si aspetta un hotel a cinque stelle. Quando siamo arrivati in camera, abbiamo avuto una sorpresa un po’ sgradevole, la camera stessa era bella, una vista bella sul Reno e l’interno è bello. Ma quando ho messo il telefono e caduto sotto il letto, sono andato a prenderlo e sotto il letto c’era un tessuto sporco con una sostanza su di esso che sembrava essere sperma. Anche quando ho brillato il mio flash per farlo un video, ho trovato un paio di calzini dai precedenti ospiti, il che indica che la stanza non era pulita in modo adeguato. Ci sono anche molte polveri sulle tavole laterali, e molto sotto il letto (che non mi interessa come un posto difficile per il vuoto). Non molto fino al livello alto di cinque stelle, ma il resto era davvero buono. Bella vista con un buon letto e una camera spaziale. Il Biergarten è anche bella, soprattutto al sole. Devo darlo 4/5 a causa delle cose che abbiamo trovato nella stanza, per il resto è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

L'hotel ha tutto quello che ti serve. Camere molto basilari, sicuramente tempo per qualche aggiornamento e ha alcuni pretzel gratuiti che l'ospite precedente ci ha lasciato sul pavimento.Colazione e cena molto basilare ma bene. Ma consiglierei se avete qualche bevanda / cibo. Controlla i tuoi biglietti o chiedere un duplicato. Perche' pensavamo che potremmo solo mettere in camera e pagare tutto alla fine. Quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo dato un prezzo. e con una matematica veloce nella mia testa. Pensavo che fosse tutto ok. E dopo aver pagato, abbiamo ricevuto la fattura finale, ma a casa di guida abbiamo guardato la fattura finale e si è aspettato di più. E poi ci sono volute settimane di e-mail per recuperare i soldi. Soprattutto perché non hanno risposto e ho dovuto rie-mail e non è chiaro come abbiamo pagato 75 euro troppo sul conto 200 euro per cibo e bevande.
