We had an amazing experience here and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax (plus the place is far from everything). The views are just wow. Pool was heated so perfect for any weather. The staff were so competent and they gave us a warm welcome. The food was delicious (one of the best place I ever ate to). Thanks to the Chef ! Very good place if you want to reconnect with yourself. Thanks to all the staffs again. :)

Different to some of the rather bad reviews here we had an excellent stay at the Hotel. Yeah it’s a bit pricy but I think it’s one of the best Hotels in the area. Food was delicious and the breakfast has a good variety. It’s about a 30min drive to Hell-Bourg.

We stayed here for three nights. Of course the location is not perfect but was not a problem since we have had a rental car. We only have been to the restaurant once. Food was great even the choice was limited. For us the breakfast was great. Fruits, bread, eggs, sausage, cheese, coffee nothing was missing. The staff on the reception speaks very good English. The staff in the restaurant do speak a little but the will try to help you as good as they can. The pool is just perfect in this landscape an we used it every day after our hikes. We liked the room very much. We didn’t use the spa. If we ever come back to this island we will visit this place again. Thank you so much for making our holiday better. (We were quite worried that nobody speaks English here)

This airy, modern, elegant hotel has been operational since October 2022. It is fresh. The rooms are comfortably sized and accessible. The view out of the window is alone worth thousands of dollars. Salazie is beautiful; the scenic route to get here is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The reception is accessible. The rooms were available as promised. The formalities are as usual. English is spoken, and the attitude is warmly humorous. The first dinner was 'problematic' due to a lack of personnel (Easter Holiday). The wait was too long. This was an isolated incident. Questions of taste –we saw some customers return their portions to the kitchen. The chef has an excellent reputation, but he had his day off. Our rooms had no Wi-Fi or Netflix due to a network problem. I used my cellular connection with my laptop. BBC world service is available on TV. The bathtub is murderously slippery. Be careful; the statistics are grim. Safe box +, coffee machine +, water cooker +, hairdryer +. To sum it up: This hotel has a lot going for it: The ambiance is warm, everything is clean, and there is a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would I come here again? Yes, I would.

Complexe hôtelier situé dans un très beau cadre au sein du cirque de Salazie. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute à l'accueil et au restaurant. Piscine chauffée à 30° au moins Excellent petit déjeuner, varié et avec des produits frais.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel récent et moderne. Très bon service. Un cadre magnifique sur salazie. Surtout le soir dans la piscine ou sur la terrasse au coin du brasero. Personnel très accueillant. Du haut de gamme. A chacun sa convenance. Je recommande.

Très bel accueil - personnel très attentionné pour le confort des clients. Chambre très agréable. Belle piscine - peignoirs mis à disposition- parking privé - très beaux jardins - très bons cocktails ! Bon repas et petits déjeuner très copieux
