Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana. Il posto è molto bello e nuovo (2019). camere belle e spaziose. personale molto cordiale ed educato. ottima pulizia delle camere. cibo buono e abbastanza vario. spiaggia grande e fornita di lettini e ombrelloni, personale in spiaggia sempre presente. il punto mare non è facilmente accessibile per via del fondale di pietre/lastre abbastanza grandi, nella settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato c'era abbastanza vento per cui si faceva fatica ad andare in acqua; sono necessarie delle scarpette. in compenso però c'erano diversi nidi di tartarughe 'caretta' in giro e ad agosto si può assistere alla schiusa delle uova ＜3. appena fuori dall'albergo ci sono diversi negozietti di souvenir, qualche bar e risotrante, un paio di supermarket e diverse agenzie di rent car e organizzazione di escursioni.

Resort veramente bello dove trascorrere tranquillamente una meritata vacanza. La struttura è accogliente, ben strutturata e il personale veramente gentile. Il mare è bello (peccato per i sassi un po' scomodi quando si entra in acqua) Ottimo il ristorante alla carta Admiral (buonissimo e fresco il pesce e notevole il risotto al nero di seppia con asparagi). Abbiamo usufruito dei Gazebo (a pagamento) in spiaggia, il servizio è stato ottimo con molte attenzioni alle nostre esigenze da parte del personale dedicato. Durante la nostra permanenza la direzione ha avuto alcune attenzioni che non ci aspettavamo come l'offerta di torta e spumante per il compleanno di mia figlia e anche donandoci un presente (miele, sale e sapone) prima della nostra partenza

Delizioso resort che vi accoglierà ottimamente con classe ed eleganza nei suoi ambienti raffinati con estrema attenzione alla cura dei particolari. Quasi tutte le camere, superbamente arredate, dispongono della vista mare e piscina. Ristorazione assolutamente all’altezza delle 5 stelle assegnate alla struttura. L’hotel dispone di una spiaggia privata con adeguato numero di ombrelloni e lettini.

Bellissimo Resort a 5 stelle curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo purtroppo perso una notte a causa di un volo cancellato ma sono stati carinissimi e ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito con la jacuzzi in camera e cestini di frutta! Personale gentile e qualificato ! Struttura nuova e moderna ! Il giorno della partenza ci hanno fatto trovare un piccolo cadeaux con prodotti tipici davvero sorprendente ! Unica pecca il cibo, tanta scelta ma qualitativamente non da 5 stelle. In particolar modo la pizza e la pasta erano immangiabili, trovavi pasta scotta lasciata in bianco per condirla dopo ( un’eresia per un italiano )e pizza con il pomodoro crudo e dolce. Per il resto tutto perfetto nulla da dire ! Vacanza 5 stelle non c’è che dire :)

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated the addition of new services like the pillow menu – even though we didn’t use it, it’s a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great experience, and we’d be happy to return!

We usually go self catering when we holiday, but decided this time to do a hotel. Didn't regret it - what a fabulous experience. Amazing value, fantastic food, professional and friendly staff. Room was lovely with great tech (once we figured out all the switched!) The only criticism, common in many places, was guests reserving sun beds by the pool with towels. They claimed to not allow this but nobody was enforcing it.

What an amazing hotel! First thing to mention is the sunsets which are amazing. We stayed in one of the seafront suites with a private pool and the room was perfect. With this room type you also get a private cabana on the beach, which was great for us, as we are rarely up early enough to get a good spot at the pool. We were out in Rethymnon most nights, but did have dinner at the Almyra restaurant on one evening. The food was really good and such a good vibe watching the sunset on the terrace. There’s entertainment on each evening, usually a percussion and singer combo 9pm to 11pm. The hotel is immaculately clean and most importantly the service we received throughout our stay was faultless. In terms of location there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around the hotel. It’s approx a 10 min taxi into the centre of Rethymnon which costs about €15. Rethymnon is a beautiful city and this hotel is the perfect place to stay to enjoy it. Very highly recommended!

From arrival, the Greeting from the taxi was very warm and extremely welcoming very easy check in with explanation of the hotel, we were taken to our junior suite room which had the most fabulous sea view, Room was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff to make our trip memorable. We were half board, every day the dinner did not disappoint, so many options . The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. The pool was great to cool off with jacuzzi sunbeds in the pool which I have never seen before. A fabulous hotel which is Adult Only , that made it very relaxing. We will return to this very relaxing hotel
