Viaggiatore solitario. Aprile maggio. 2/3 notti. 2 ° piano. Camera per 1 persona. Letto per 2 persone. TV con molti canali. La possibilità di prepararti una tazza di tè e scrivere alcuni biglietti alla tua famiglia e ai tuoi amici alla scrivania. Oppure siediti sul piccolo ma grazioso balcone e divertiti. Materassi rigidi e bei cuscini. Coperte extra nell'armadio se necessarie. Spazioso armadio per riporre tutti i tuoi effetti personali. Cassaforte e frigorifero a disposizione. Lunghi specchi per ammirarsi prima di uscire dalla porta. Tende oscuranti. Bagno pulito. Bella doccia. Shampoo e sapone forniti. Camere ben tenute dalle laboriose persone delle pulizie. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa. Il personale alla reception è gentile e disponibile. Anche la cucina e il personale di servizio sono molto gentili e disponibili. Piscina disponibile. Non ancora riempito perché era ancora aprile. C'è una sala fitness, ma non ho avuto il tempo di usarla. C'è anche la possibilità di lavare i vestiti. Il centro/città vecchia di Rethimno è raggiungibile a piedi. Molti negozi e punti ristoro nella zona. Consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel.

Un hotel decente, siamo stati per 1 notte, nessuna lamentela. La posizione è buona per la spiaggia, a pochi passi dal centro storico, le camere sono belle e pulite. Considerando il prezzo ha superato le nostre aspettative.

È stato un ottimo albergo

Perfect location, away from the crowded old city center

Hotel confortevole ubicato a 15' dalla stazione dei bus e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Hotel tradizionale pulito con camere confortevoli e ben condizionate. Colazione nella norma per gli standards greci. Il terrazzino un pò troppo piccolo e con possibilità di stendere soltanto sulla sbarra della ringhiera del balcone

Ho soggiornato in coppia ad agosto 2022, ed entrambi siamo rimasti soddisfatti nel complesso. La posizione è perfetta perchè in poco più di 10 min a piedi si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Rethymnon e ancora in meno diversi negozi e locali ottimi per mangiare a qualsiasi ora della giornata. In più, davanti all'hotel c'è supermercato molto fornito. Il personale è molto gentile, ci ha stupito la pulizia a giorni alterni. La stanza piccola, le uniche pecche sono stati i cuscini decisamente scomodi e la doccia davvero datata e piccola. La colazione è da migliorare, poca scelta ma comunque buona. Ottima insonorizzazione, fondamentale essendo un hotel in una zona abbastanza trafficata. Non capisco chi si sia lamentato del clima, il nostro andava più che bene, si trovano due opzioni tra cui scegliere "low" e "high". Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà, intorno ce ne sono diversi (a pagamento, 0.70 euro all'ora).

In viaggio d'affari, completamente sconvolto. A parte 1 signora molto gentile e disponibile alla reception, questo è il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. La camera non è stata pulita per 4 giorni nonostante la politica di pulizia covid dell'hotel. Ogni volta che fai la doccia, i liquami grezzi salgono dal pavimento e hanno danneggiato tutte le mie cose, per aggiungere la beffa al danno, l'hotel ha segnalato "danni". Lo snack bar e il ristorante sono chiusi, quindi ho ricevuto consegne di cibo, il che in qualche modo si è tradotto nell'avere "ospiti" nella mia stanza. Sono scomparsi degli oggetti dalla mia stanza. Consigli per tutti i viaggiatori LGBTQ NON venire a Creta. Tutto molto deludente e nonostante la mia azienda abbia pagato per due settimane di soggiorno per una conferenza, farò il check-out anticipato senza alcun rimborso o scuse.

L'hotel è molto pulito e moderno e in un'ottima posizione. Sembra più un hotel 4 stelle che 3. Anche il personale della colazione è assolutamente adorabile. Detto questo, l'aria condizionata potrebbe essere migliore e la colazione potrebbe essere più varia. Anche l'ascensore è una seccatura, ne hanno bisogno uno più grande. Anche la mia stanza puzzava di scarichi per 2 giorni. Il personale della reception era generalmente molto disponibile e gentile, anche se la giovane donna che era lì più spesso era piuttosto scortese e piuttosto arrogante.

Ci sono 2 elementi fondamentali che cerco quando viaggio in un paese caldo, 1. Un letto decente 2. Aria condizionata, a questo hotel mancavano entrambi. Posso sopportare un hotel stanco e datato, ma dover dormire su un materasso duro senza aria condizionata ha rovinato la vacanza. Eviterei questo hotel

We stayed at Olympic Palladium for 17 days, during July 24 and 2 days of August. I ahev to say that we, me and my wife, have been, overall, well satisfied. First of all, the stuff is very, very polite, we didn't meet a single impolite person in the hotel's stuff. Special thanks have to go to the hotel manager, Mrs Tatiana, who was very kind, and did everything in her power to solve a problem during the second day of our stay. She succeeded to make us feel grateful towards her. Must have been the best hotel manager I've ever met-at least on of the best. Also Mrs Aggeliki on 4th floor, cleaning lady, is so polite. Secondly, the price-value for money. This hotel offered a very nice package for the 17 days of our stay, much better or better than many other similar places in Rethymno. The hotel is at a very convenient location. Not beachfront, as you may know when you booked, but other than that (and of course the money you save for same quality-or worse, beachfront), the location is just GREAT. Near just EVERYTHING in Rethymno, in walking distance. I have to say, Rethymno has many, many AMAZING bakeries, so try them out. One of them is "Chamogiorgakis" which is 1 minute walk from the hotel, try it out. Others are "Nyktaris", "Rustico", "Savoidakis". Ask about. Breakfast has been satisfying for a 3 star hotel. Not astonishing, but well enough for a 3 star. And, with some variety of eggs, which is a big plus for a 3 star. The mattress, and the bed, has been astonishing, I have to say that. Must have been,if not king size, most probably queen size bed, really enjoyed it, and the matress was great. However, the pillows were inadequate. Didn't find even one to be enough comfortable. Perhaps if I had asked, the stuff could provide me with some alternative, however I didn't ask. Nevertheless I didn't ask, but the basic pillows were below basis. Also, I have not been very satisfied from the soundproof quality of the walls between the rooms unfortunately... However perhaps it's just me for this, because it was high season, so many people around, OK, but I still believe things could be better for that matter. However I don't necessarily consider it a big problem. Also the stuff were very quick to assist us when we asked them to speak to other customers who were... loud, let's say at 1 or 3 am. Hotel has a nice view, and many rooms do provide some sea-view. I have to mention the gym, which was very big for a 3 star. I mean, you know hotels' gyms right? They are not big. This one, was equal to gyms I've seen in 5 stars. I don't mean it's huge, it's not, but for a 3*, is more than great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to someone to stay there. We have been pleased, and I have to say that this is more because of Mrs Tatiana and the stuff.

This hotel is basic but clean and the staff are wonderful. The cleaner worked very hard, and the customer service was impeccable. We will be going there next year. Reception staff all polite and helpful. The location is great 15 mins from beach and bars and restaurants. The pool was not great but this wouldn't stop me from staying again.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location, in the old town of Rethymnon. Fantastic value for money but more importantly clean, nice bed linen, delicious breakfasts and last but not least exception service. I stayed for six weeks and you see a lot in that length of stay. Breakfast is always outstanding with lots of choice for all tastes. It is actually hard not to over eat! The staff are all outstanding from the Manager to room cleaning service. I felt totally at home and cared for which is important as a solo guest. I am a writer and love Rethymnon, it gives me inspiration. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

great location, super nice staff, they helped with everything, very clean, they installed new air conditioning so it was nice and cool all the time , good sleep, great view, breakfast was good, lots of options
