Vastly improved for my last visit several years ago. Desk personnel were warm, friendly and attentive. Room was in great condition and clean. Very glad it was a Good experience this time. Because my last three Worldmark experiences in Vegas, Maui and the Big Island were less then satisfactory.

We had 2 rooms, 1 through Wyndham and 1 through RCI. The RCI room was clean and adequately appointed, but the beds were hard. The beds in the Wyndham units were much more comfortable with a mattress pad. The view was of the construction across the street. The location was great because it was within walking distance to the Truckee River and casinos. The staff ranged from friendly to off putting. You have to pay for internet if you are not a Worldmark member, which was similar to hotel prices, about $15 for 2 devices.

One of the best vacations I ever have taken. The vacility was first class and the staff was exceptional. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

This is probably the best property in downtown Reno. The units are very clean, modern and comfortable. Great views of the City and Mountains from most floors. It is a 2 minute walk to the casinos. Most of all it is very quiet, great sleep experience with comfortable bedding and linens. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. Jeff on the front desk went out of his way to assist me with a late check out. I will continue to stay here based on my excellent experiences.

Second time staying at this property and again had a great stay! The rooms are great; super clean, and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner and it was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay there. The only thing I’d wish for would be softer toilet paper.

The 2nd bedroom is very small and the bathroom is small. The murphy bed is a Queen and pretty comfortable.
The fire alarm went off and we had to evacate the building at night.

The suite is very family friendly, there is a TV in every room, my kids don't fight about the TV, the room is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is welcoming, the car is safe in the underground garage, Internet 24 hours $5 for two devices is acceptable. The only drawback is the hotel under construction opposite, which is not suitable for getting up too late in the morning.

The location was great . Shawn was very professional, nice , and funny . The room were spacious and the view was ok . The four star because of all the construction taking place and the lobby need updating. Overall I will stay again . The parking was convenient at no cost . The beds are to die for !!!! Comfortable!
