I migliori hotel con spa a Rennes

We were on our way back from the Brittany coast and we stopped in Rennes for one night, staying at the Balthazar. Hotel was a bit tricky to drive to because of street closures and restrictions. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Because we were leaving very early in the morning, we couldn’t use the valet parking service but one of the bellmen accompanied and directed me to a nearby self-park garage. I considered this going above and beyond. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant and thought the food was quite good. The rooms and public spaces are very stylish and clean. Rooms were a little on the small side but well lit and furnished. The WC in our room was separated by several steps from the room with the sink and shower. A bit unusual but in no way a deal-breaker. We would have been happy to spend more time in Rennes at the Balthazar.

We booked this Novotel due to the closeness of the railway station and an easy walk on flat ground. The rooms are very good although I was a bit bemused by our room safe not bolted in. Also we arrived on a Sunday and intended to have a light dinner in the hotel but their restaurant is not open on Sunday and the check in staff, staff the bar. Which was a little expensive I felt. This did make us visit one of the excellent local bars. And other around it were all very reasonably priced with lots of local produce and wine/beer. The bikes you can hire are a 300 euro(each) deposit but the bikes are free to use. I found the deposit to be exhorbitant where other places charge 50-100 euro. The pool and spa is great, and you book at reception. A good stay.

We chose this hotel as we were traveling through Brittany for 2 weeks by train. The hotel location is like a 5-8 minute walk from train station. Street easy to find hotel. The room we had was a decent size and we liked the large bathroom- large shower. The breakfast buffet had many choices. I feel it was the best during our visit through Brittany. There are 3 really good restaurants next door that we enjoyed during our 3 night stay. The old town is maybe about a 10 minute walk to the old town. Excellent housekeeping service every day! I realized I had left a vest at the hotel after we moved on to our next destination. I called the hotel and housekeeping had found it. I was lucky that at the end of our Brittany trip we were stopping at the Rennes train station again on our way to Paris and I was able to walk over and get my vest during the layover. The front desk staff had my vest all wrapped up and waiting for me. Great service all around. Thank you.

Ma femme m'avait offert pour Noël un bon cadeau valable jusqu'au 30 juin pour un massage, 30 min de piscine privative et 30 min de sauna. J'ai appelé au mois de mars pour réserver pour un samedi matin. Un accueil téléphonique plus que désagréable. Il n'y avait soit disant qu'un seul samedi de disponible et il fallait se présenter à 9h. Un peu déconcerté par cet accueil, j'accepte. Mais en y réfléchissant je me dis que quand même un tel accueil n'est pas acceptable. Je rappelle donc 15 jours plus tard et prétends que ma femme a réservé ce créneau sans me consulter. Je demande donc s'il est possible de changer. Et la clairement j'entends souffler la personne au téléphone. La personne me demande ”pourquoi vous voulez changer la date?” Je deviens à mon tour très désagréable et la comme par hasard plusieurs créneaux sont finalement disponibles et même à 11h. Dommage qu'il faille se comporter ainsi pour avoir d'autres propositions. L'accueil est pour moi primordial, c'est la première impression. Et un accueil de ce type est inacceptable. Sinon les 2 masseuses étaient vraiment très gentilles. Après le soin j'ai relaye ma mauvaise expérience à une personne de l'accueil qui semblait peu surprise par ce que je lui racontais. Dans le commerce je suis navré mais les maîtres mots sont sourire et politesse. Pour ces raisons, je ne reviendrai jamais dans votre établissement.

Abbiamo prenotato la ralette di Mama Shelter e siamo stati delusi dall'inizio alla fine: - avevamo prenotato per 19H per una ralette a volontà. La ralette non era stata istituita prima delle 19:45. Il personale non ci ha segnalato il ritardo e siamo stati costretti a tornare regolarmente nella stanza per verificare se il servizio era pronto. - Abbiamo posto su una tavola all’opposto del servizio, nel nero. Eravamo i primi arrivati. - On à l’impression d’ennuyer le personnel à chaque question posée, on se sent mal à l’aiso. - 19.45 le service est enfin prêt, on se’perçoit, qu’il n’y a qu’un seul type de fromage à raclette et 3 jambons différents. Des feuilles de salade et c’est tout ! Per 35 €! Quando siamo tornati, abbiamo visto che avevano servito altri gioielli dopo un’ora, ma avevamo già finito il pasto, che peccato non offrire tutto allo stesso tempo! - Mangiate fuori e non è chiaro sulla prenotazione. D'un coup, le temps que vous attendiez 10min pour vous servir du fromage (oui, il y a peu de machine disponible), votre fromage est froid... - L'amie avec laquelle j'ai all'MamaShelter a posté un commentaire sous leur compte Instagram, hanno cancellato il commento senza nemmeno inviare un messaggio. Servizio cliente 0. Molto deluso eppure, è raro che posto commenti. Là, j’ai vraiment eu l’impression de perdre 35H (payé à l’entrée sin vous ne imaginez pas que je n’aurais pas été restée 45min). Je ne’irai pas y retour.
