Anche se concordo con il risparmio energetico, una piccola stanza con una finestra che non si apre e l'aria condizionata che non si raffredda alla temperatura desiderata non è accettabile (è impostata una gradazione completamente inefficace). L'hotel inglese di Xiaoqiao ama molto il servizio e deve andarsene alle 11:00, perché il tempo dell'aereo è precoce, e si consulta con l'hotel per ritardare la partenza. L'hotel avrebbe dovuto pagare 15 sterline ogni ora di ritardo. Poi, l'hotel ha evitato il ritardo di spese per la raccomandazione

I was not at all pleased with this hotel. Although there is a reception desk, I did not see anyone there during my entire stay. The entry code system worked, but I was not able to ask some questions about the local area, and it felt very strange and impersonal. Why pay for a hotel if there is no service, like an AirBnB? The room was just about OK but everything seemed cheap and low-quality. I moved the armchair to close the curtains and it caused one of the legs to go askew. The real disappointment was the lack of breakfast, despite the fact that there is a breakfast room (which still features on the website, I noticed). The only time I saw a member of staff was when I opened the door to the breakfast room, only to be told that they no longer offer breakfast 'due to Covid'. Really? How long will that still be an excuse?

Hotel perfetto! Bello, moderno design. Estremamente pulito e buone strutture nella stanza. La posizione è ideale. Siete vicini alla stazione ferroviaria centrale e siete anche vicini a molti ristoranti, bar, nightclub, negozi, un ****** e St Enoch Shopping Center. Il personale è molto attento alle vostre esigenze e le aree comuni sul pavimento sono in buone condizioni. Questo sarà certamente il mio hotel quando visiterò Glasgow!

Hotel di prima classe con eccellenti staff e camere, io rimango qui ogni settimana mentre lavoravo in Scozia. Le camere sono moderne e senza spazi con tutto quello che ti serve. Tutti i dipendenti che ho dovuto conoscere nell'ultimo anno sono eccellenti in posti di lavoro e non posso fare abbastanza per voi.La colazione è molto buona con molte scelte, la cena è buona anche.
