Il posto favoloso vicino alla cattedrale è così bello e si raccomanda di avere un balcone davanti alla cattedrale. Il personale è andato sopra e oltre per rendere la pausa perfetta (per prenotare un ristorante per noi per parcheggio valet e essere semplicemente amichevole e utile)Abbiamo sepolto champagne davanti al ristorante dell'hotel fuori con una goccia posteriore della cattedrale. Devo solo menzionare anche il delizioso colazione.

Where do I start! This seems to be the first review in a couple of years, things have not improved. Located on an industrial estate outside of Reims, but way too far to walk into the city, the area is bland to say the least. It faces a coach depot and a garage with a housing estate to the side and rear. For some reason the hotel is split into two buildings about 100m apart. The rooms are basic to say the least, they are small, hot, cramped with lino floors and bear no resemblance to the provided photos. You can easily touch the ceiling, the bath is tiny, the bathroom adequate at best, there is no safe, only one chair and if you put your feet out of the bottom of the bed you can touch the far wall with your feet. On a plus note the bed was quite comfortable and the place was clean. I cannot tell you what the evening food was like as we did not eat. Breakfast was not bad, having a reasonable choice of dishes on offer. I can tell you that other than being told we could not have a drink as we were not ordering food, and our friends being told that they could not eat their own at the tables outside I was not impressed. There appears to be an issue with security in the area... PLEASE take note. A motorbike was stolen from outside of the hotel around the time of our stay and our friends were approached by some shady taxi touting for business. This place is at best adequate for an overnight stop if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Other than that, go elsewhere.

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel, close to the train station if that’s how you are getting Reims. We arrived around 11 after 30hrs travelling from Australia, so were very grateful when advised we could get a room straight away! So nice to be able to have a shower to recharge, then go exploring. The room was very nice, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with rainfall shower head in the shower. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, despite our terrible French. The hotel is well located for exploring Reims, with many restaurants and bars located within walking distance. When we come back (and we will), we come and stay again.

UUtente ospiteStaff was very helpful when we turned up at the hotel. The rooms were adequate for a short break. Nice relaxing seating on the balcony before you enter your room. The location was only 15 mins walk from the centre. The breakfast was amazing and the croissants were to die for. Garage facilities was very good for my motorbike. I would definitely go back here again.

UUtente ospiteExcellent hotel! Very central, few minutes walking distance from the Notre Dame and restaurants/cafes. Arrival was a breeze, they gave us the envelope and we paid. In the envelope was the key card and welcome letter. The room was very clean and also the bathroom. The free wi-fi code is available by scanning the QR code when you turn on the TV. They provided us with enough clean towels. The kitchenette was equipped with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove for cooking, a pot and a pan, cutleries, even a small dishwasher. Highly recommended!

Usavamo il parcheggio sicuro (con un costo aggiuntivo di 11€ al giorno che era bello per noi). Bed comod. Bella camera tranquilla. stupendo colazione. Personale amichevole e molto rilassato. Erano molto felici con noi ordinare un ritiro alla sera e noi mangiamo in aree comuni. Grande valore per i soldi. Consigliare con attenzione.

UUtente anonimoMolto bel hotel con grande posizione. Pulizia, bella camera. Le persone all'hotel sono amichevole e utile. Ma da un lato dell'edificio, il corridoio è un po' buio. Devi cambiare la lampada a quella più leggera. La lampada automatica funziona un po' lento. Ho un po' paura di camminare sul corridoio.

L’ultima volta che fummo a Reims, stavano iniziando con ristrutturazioni delle stanze e delle parti comuni. C’erano anche giovani con pennelli e vernice. Il risultato? Molto opinabile, specie le scale dove sembra che si siano scatenati bimbi con pennarelli. Gradevole la presenza della piccola piscina, comoda la posizione decentrata, ma non così lontana dal centro, più che comodo il parcheggio gratuito, che ha un ingresso con inferriata scorrevole, quindi sicuro? No, perché il perimetro ha ampi varchi nella siepe e qualsiasi persona può accedere. Cena: normale. Colazione: inferiore alla media, con elementi mancanti e disposti senza logica. Perché in un 4**** non c’è la cassaforte in camera? Perché c’è sempre carenza di minifrigo? Alla mia lamentela ha risposto con prontezza Matis (spero di ricordare esattamente il nome) che l’ha tolto da un’altra camera, l’ha sollevato e portato nella nostra. Difetto costante: la climatizzazione! Non è accendibile e/o spegnibile in camera, e nemmeno è possibile regolare il flusso d’aria (che arriva direttamente sul letto!) né la temperatura. Difetto costante: un inverno di alcuni anni fa non usciva aria, non dico calda, ma nemmeno tiepida e misero un calorifero elettrico !!! Deplorevole che la ristrutturazione non sia stata rifatta la climatizzazione!!! Gentile il personale. La valutazione delle stanze è “scarsa” proprio per la mancanza di cassaforte, di minifrigo, per la pessima climatizzazione.

RRoad57917840355Très bon hôtel à un excellent rapport qualité / prix, ce n'est pas la première fois que j'y vais et quand je veux loger proche de la gare c'est là que je vais. Le petit-déjeuner commence à 5h, très pratique pour prendre un train. Chambres propres et fonctionnelles: il y a tout ce qu'il faut (ce qu'il me faut en tous ca) pour passer une bonne nuit : literie propre et confortable, salle de bains OK. TV OK, wifi avec code. Personnel aimable. Bon rapport qualité / prix.
