I stayed at the Ganter Hotel & Restaurant Mohren 21-22 June 2022 and I can only say the one thing a hotel needs to fulfill it did not: A good night sleep. At the beginning of summer temperatures in the room were at 28-30 degrees Celcius (82-86 Fahrenheit) it was impossible to sleep. I cannot imagine when summer is there what its like. Terrible. There is no airconditioning and zero ventilation. After complaint at reception I was given some ventilator which my stacking tables I put in front of the window. Did not help. So, if you like a good cool room to sleep or relax during the day do NOT stay. I can only give it a 1 star but I would avoid at all cost during summer. But even in winter if heating is on there is no ventilation in room. Terrible for health. The staff did not care at all about me not being able to sleep. Just interested in the high room price. Regarding the furniture it was OK. The shower in the bathroom is useless if you are taller as 1.85 meters. You have to be kind of on your knees which doesnt work as its tiny. The restaurant is good however so if you are on reichenau island this is a food place to eat. I stay over 150 nights a year in hotels. I can only say to avoid this one. On a passez 2 nuit dans cette hôtel avec notre association de 22 membre tous était parfait surtout le petit déjeuner la grande classe et personnel au top très professionnel merci à bientôt La chambre très grande et les sanitaires très propres

Zimmer klein, um ins Bett zu kommen, muss man geschickt dem Fernseher ( an der Wand👍) ausweichen und an der Wand das Bett umringen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit am Bett, also für Brillenträger 🤨 nur ablegen auf dem Boden? Nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit außerhalb des Bettes, Schreibtisch ist ein ausgeklapptes Brett. Dafür ist das Badezimmer geräumig, aber auch da keine Ablage- oder Aufhängemöglichkeit, Handtücher am Fensterhaken, Badetücher und Bademäntel an der Duschwand „ aufgehängt“, Platz für Haken oder kleinem Regal wären vorhanden, und so war alles auf dem Boden oder anders verteilt.——— Frühstück war 🤩 super, im Restaurant haben wir ein Candle Light Dinner genossen🥂

J’ai été très agréablement surprise par la bienveillance et l’attention du personnel. De l’accueil jusqu’au restaurant, tous le monde a été très gentil malgré le fait que nous ne parlons pas vraiment allemand. Nous avons pu communiquer en anglais, bien que mon anglais ne soit pas excellent. La chambre était grande, la literie très confortable. Il y avait une douche italienne ce que j’affectionne particulièrement ! Et nous avons pu manger au restaurant le soir, c’était vraiment excellent.

Zentrale Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten rund um Konstanz. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. In den Dachgeschoß-Zimmern im Sommer neuerdings mit mobilen Klimaanlagen. Das Obst auf dem Zimmer könnte man sich sparen. Macht einen nicht an. Dafür ist das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind neuerdings kostenpflichtig. Das Konzept mit den Zetteln hinter die Windschutzscheibe ist etwas umständlich. Hier könnte die Angabe des Kennzeichens an der Rezeption doch ausreichen.

- freundlicher Empfang - sehr bequemes Bett - Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet - Ambiance im Restaurant einzigartig und wunderschön! - Essen sehr gut - schöner Saunabereich - gute Parkmöglichkeit - Man isst zu Fuss schnell am schönen See.
