I highly recommend this hotel especially for its best location. It is very close to most favorite tourist spot called Braga street where you can find a lot of local pride, from its inheritance sites, building, and so old-style street design. Braga street also offers you to a lot of aesthetic cafe and restaurants surrounded which makes this area so special amongst the locals and tourists.

The location is quite strategic, close to the Alun-Alun Mosque and some large shopping malls.
I changed another room because the first one was not clean enough. There were some dirty dots and stains on the sheets. The staff are friendly enough to help me change the room.
It also requires a 100,000 Rp deposit for every room. The reception is a 24-hour one, so it is not hard to get the deposit back when checkout.

The male receptionist works well. Quick check in.
Security is friendly and good.
The female receptionist is very disappointing.
I checked in with the group. Asked for late check out at 12.30, that was ok, and the group had arranged a schedule to check out at 12.30
At 11.40 the group was telephoned and told they had to check out at 12.00. Finally the group checked out before 12 o'clock which resulted in a chaotic schedule.
Then the female receptionist charged Rp. 15,000 for mineral water drunk in the room, which caused the group to protest to me because they were charged to pay for mineral water. I also asked the receptionist about this, and the receptionist argued that the mineral water that was billed was large mineral water, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOT EVEN BIG MINERAL WATER IN THE ROOM

Non proprio quello che mi aspettavo, non si sente come un hotel, più come un motel.Le camere da letto non sono in buone condizioni e sembrano vecchie.La bagno è il peggiore.

localizzazione è ok, vicino al centro della folla. ma per le strutture e la pulizia è davvero cattiva. non c'è gabinetto, almeno un vestito pendenti, sono confuso dove mettere vestiti, la spazzatura è dispersa, nessuna spazzatura può essere fornita in ogni stanza, La padella di nebbia è completamente fuori, le luci della stanza sono fuori 1 quindi è molto buio e buio. È una pena, anche se la posizione è strategica, spero che possa essere migliorata
