The hotel is a new one, so very clean. The staffs were very kind. Breakfast is so good. The place was convenience to visit Donau river ans some old church and beautiful street.

交通便利，位置很好

Che dire: praticamente perfetto. Nuovissimo, elegantemente arredato sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Colazione oltre ogni possibile aspettativa. Di tutto, di più, per tutti i gusti e le esigenze. Camera super spaziosa, pulitissima, ben organizzata. Bevande del frigo bar gratuite per il primo giorno e inoltre due acque omaggio sempre il primo giorno. Bollitore e macchina espresso. Letto enorme e super comodo. Parcheggio sotterraneo. A circa 15/20 minuti dal centro, con una piacevole passeggiata. Personale attento e discreto.Complimenti a tutti.

Ottima scelta sia per affari che per piacere! Struttura accogliente e pulita, nuova e funzionale. Camere confortevoli, staff gentile, colazione ottima. In 10/15 minuti di passeggiata siete in centro, l’hotel dispone di garage se arrivate in auto.

Hotel posizionato circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Checkin veloce senza documenti Bella la hall dell´ albergo Stanza ok Bagno con lavandino ampio ma stile dentista Cagadour separato dal bagno, ha i suoi vantaggi TV gigante, peccato che meta´ dei canali stranieri durante lo zapping siano a schermo nero, i tre della Rai ci sono ma non sempre visibili, per di piu´ squadrettano Colazione imperdibile, c´e´ tutto, solo il dolce un po´ limitato, per il resto specialita´ levantine come il cous cous. Anche il ristorante alla sera vale la pena di provarlo Unica sbavatura ridotta selezione di cocktail al bar, inoltre se si chiede che cosa e´ una cosa sulla carta poi ci si aspetta che il cameriere lo sappia Consigliatissimo, sicuramente prima scelta per Ratisbona

Due notti a distanza di 7 giorni. Anche una cena. Tutto come si vorrebbe. Struttura nuova, persone attente e accoglienti. Massima pulizia e servizi adeguati. Da consigliare. Peccato il messaggio di benvenuto personalizzato in tedesco... Ma immagino che abbiano scritto belle cose.

Had an unexpected stay in Regensburg when all trains to Munich were cancelled. This hotel was walkable from the train station. Staff were all amazing, courteous and friendly and spoke English which was so helpful after a stressful day. The restaurant had good food and delicious German beer. The room was very comfortable and just what we needed! Danke everyone at Novotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was great and the location easy to get in and out of. Pay parking was also very convenient and easy.

A bit off the beaten track, about 15 mins brisk walk from the rail station and town centre. It seems to be a brand new hotel. Very quiet, with a spacious lobby and small but well designed rooms. Would certainly visit again, and Regensburg which has a lovely feel.

I cannot praise the staff in this hotel enough. They were brilliant! Bianca and Millett went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I thought I was going to have to return from a festival about an hour away late at night. They seriously could not have done more to help than they did, . I had train times, phone numbers and taxi numbers to hand if I needed them. They took all the stress out of the situation for me. In the end there was room in the car with my friends but as a result of their help I had a worry free festival knowing exactly how I would get back to the hotel if I needed to. The hotel was clean and lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Bianca and Millet!

Nice hotel for a business or pleasure visit to Regensburg. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and modern looking. Room is a decent size, comfortable and has the amenities you need. There is breakfast available at a cost which has a lot of food options and wonderful. Parking is underground and you access it on the side of the hotel. One thing to note is that the elevators seem to be quite slow and you may sometimes wait a few minutes before it's available for use. You can walk to nearby stores, restaurants and also old town for a nice visit. This is a nice hotel and worth staying at.

Positives: - comfortable bed - good parking in garage - friendy reseption - good aircondition - nice and clean rooms Negatives: - restaurant was expensive and not good. If the food was good I wouldnt mind the price. No flavour, dry and really a let down. Didnt have breakfast so wouldt know it that was good. All in all a good hotel, but will not eat at the restaurant again if we stay there again.
