Hotel con colazione inclusa a Redlands

Hotel insicuro e sporco con terribile servizio clienti. Non essere stupido dalle foto. Il bagno non era pulito e era bloccato con carta da bagno quando sono entrato, molte tinture sul letto, tra cui sangue, doccia rotta, porte non si chiudevano tutto, chiusure rotte, persone senzatetto dalla finestra, personale non formato, E il manager Sunil è estremamente brutto. Molti farmaci ******* sulla proprietà e è più sporco di motel 6. Infelizmente sono caduto per le foto false online e l'ho prenotato per 2 notti per un seminario vicino. La porta alla stanza era BROTTA e non poteva chiudere la prima notte. Andò al lobby chiedendo alla signora di cambiare la mia stanza o di riparare la porta, perché era al primo piano e insafe alla notte. Tornavo nella stanza trovando 2 senzatetto/droga ******* sulla proprietà proprio dalla mia porta:( Richiamato e non potevano cambiare la stanza fino alle 2:00 il giorno dopo a causa della disponibilità. E la chiusura rotta sulla porta mi fece il viaggio più insoddisfacente e insoddisfacente; e perse il seminario perché non poteva dormire tutta la notte e si accorse dopo che finalmente potevano cambiare la stanza il secondo giorno. Quando è arrivato al direttore, ha visto tutte le note del personale e ha iniziato a urlare con coraggio che le porte senza casa sono dovute alla zona e si rende conto che alcune porte non si chiudono e devono essere lasciate aperte tutta la notte. VERamente? Non hanno dato rimborso e non hanno nemmeno scusato. Ho sprecato tempo e soldi per andare lì.

Questa è la seconda volta che siamo rimasti in questo hotel e ancora una volta, non è stato deluso. La stanza è molto spaziosa e confortevole e molto pulita. Usavamo la palestra che era piccola ma ben attrezzata per la dimensione. I colazione complimentari erano i migliori che abbiamo mai avuto in qualsiasi hotel. Absolutamente fantastico ogni mattina. Il personale era molto amichevole. Ci ritroveremo!

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was perfectly clean, quality towels. Very nice clean refrigerator and microwave. The bed was the best ever. I need to buy one like this. I liked it cuz it's close to everything I need to go to. Everything was nice and quiet at night. All the occupants seemed very friendly. I used the treadmill in there exercise room and it worked very good. Since everybody has their own kitchen it's understandable that there is not an extensive array of free breakfast stuff in the morning but there is good coffee and some blueberry muffins. The AC heat unit worked perfectly as it should. Looking forward to next week.

Stayed four nights Pros Was hesitant from other reviews but had a quiet stay. New facilities. Good breakfast attended to by very friendly kitchen staff - love the spinach quiche. Comfortable beds. Good exercise room. Outdoor pool. 1/4 mile from every store and restaurant you could want. 1/2 mile from I 10. 8 miles from fun ******. If you want upscale dining visit the pines steakhouse in the ******. Improvements Was told housekeeping was every other day- they didn’t come at all. Said pool was heated but it was not. Some areas of the room needed better cleaning- glass shelf in coffee nook had about 1/4 inch of dust on it. As someone else mentioned, glass bathroom door is directly at foot of beds - strange room set up- it’s lights up whole room if you need to bathroom at night. I prefer full kitchen rooms- ie residence inn- there is a new one down the street that I will try, but I will return here again with no heartburn. If you don’t want to drive there is a pizza place Right next door- the pizza shack. It advertises New York style pizza. I’m sure they don’t have many people that can challenge that assessment but I am from New England. :-). Having said that it was very tasty and I would recommend. Very convenient

One of the best RESIDENCE INN that we stayed at. The rooms are immaculate, front desk was wonderful , along with the staff. Breakfast was excellent, they had cut fresh fruits (mixture of dragon fruit, mangoes etc….). The place is walking distance to everything. Just awesome, so if your ever in the area this is the place to stay, we stayed at spring hill suites in Corona and it pales in comparison to this one. Stay here instead. You will not go wrong.
