If you like quiet and privacy, this is the place for you. **This is not the place for house parties** Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Salmon Reservoir is 8 miles long and known for salmon fishing, walleye, perch and pike. September and October are most attractive months due to fall foilage and fishing. No hunting on the premises. Full access to water for swimming, boating and fishing. Great Place Been having our annual fishing trip at this residence for the past 5 years. The property is spacious both inside and out, and with the inclusion of the new game room, makes rainy days managable. The host is very responsive and the views are amazing. Highly recommend.

Great spot right on the water. Been coming here for the past few years. The owner is accommodating and communicative, providing all of the details ahead of the trip. The house is large with great views of the reservoir, and the outside area is large enough for games or just hanging by the shore. Highly recommend.

Family Summer Getaway This is our family’s second time staying here. We had a blast kayaking, fishing, swimming, exploring, relaxing by the campfire and visiting with family. Very comfortable stay and a great location. Looking forward to coming again!

Upstate escape My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you could think of apart from your choice of food and beverage. This is a large property with plenty of space to get away, whether that be from people in general or just some quiet time to read. We loved the sunrises next to the water with a cup of coffee and fishing from the dock.
