"Hottest day of the year and after I check in they let me know there’s no air con in the whole building. The lovely lady at the desk was accommodating and provided extra fans for the room however that did not cool the room down and even with the windows open the air was stagnant. Unfortunately one of the worst stays I have ever had partially the weather was the issue however no aircon during such heat is not what I was expecting to experience. Unfortunately I won’t be revisiting. Also, there were 3 massive moths in my room, personally I don’t have a fear of moths however something to note."

"È più spazioso dell'altra 2-person camera da letto che abbiamo prenotato per i nostri figli. È una stanza all'angolo. Un po' più preziosa, ma è buona per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. Amore che il bagno è all'altra estremità della stanza con spazio di uscita extra.
Visita il Café Titanic - ci siamo recensionati per buone recensioni. Circa 10 minuti a piedi. Un paio di negozi prima del Café Titanic è un vintage-looking caffè/pub che serve un colazione inglese a buon mercato offrendo bevande calde gratis e un extra £1. Questo si apre sul punto alle 8 e il Titanic si apre prima."

The Oakley House is a lovely 2 storey detached house. The location is a convenient 10 walk from the Hainault underground station on the Central Line in Zone 4. We are currently not in the Congestion Charge . This is a fully furnished, private, detached house and none of the spaces are shared. We are pleased to present the following facilities, which you will find on arrival: BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 (first floor accessible by stairs): 1 double sized bed, smart TV, mirrored wardrobes, digital safe, hairdryer & USB ports, en-suite bathroom with power shower, bluetooth mirror & underfloor heating. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 (first floor accessible by stairs): Each bedroom has 1 double sized bed, smart TV, mirrored wardrobes, digital safe, hairdryer & USB ports. Bedrooms 5 & 6 (ground floor): Each bedroom has 1 double sized bed, smart TV & USB ports. All bedding, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, large fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, vaccuum cleaner and many other facilities to provide you with a comfortable stay. "The ambiance of the place was nice but the first reception we had was poor. The receptionist was on a call when we stepped in and made us wait before attending to us went ahead to give us the card to a dirty room without checking and then later gave us another room. We had to ask to be directed to the right room when it’s clearly our first time. I know they can actually do better."

I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it.
I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back.

IIlo IloI have speak with reception today, room was dirty, pisses of glass on the floor, toilet dirty , hair under the shower, dirty toilet seat , I should stay a whole night , I came only because I didn’t wanna pay cancellation fee because we booked wrong date, but I couldn’t use the shower and toilet seat was very dirty so after 2-3 hours I check out. AAnjaTutto era molto buono. La colazione offre un sacco di allegria, tranne che la colazione calda è solo nei fine settimana. Sul sito di Trip l'orario di check-in non è corretto (il voucher dice dopo le 12, ma è dopo le 14) - nonostante fossimo arrivati troppo presto, ci hanno dato la camera e preparato il caffè gratuitamente. L'hotel è chiuso tutta la notte e il personale è davvero cordiale. Eravamo in hotel durante i giorni più caldi della storia, ma hanno preparato un ventilatore, perché non hanno l'aria condizionata (normalmente).

UUtente ospiteMentre aspettavo, ho avuto un'esperienza molto deludente in questo hotel, principalmente a causa del comportamento poco professionale e autoritario del personale. Un episodio che mi ha colpito particolarmente è stato quando ho chiesto gentilmente a un membro del personale se potevo usare il bagno. Con mia sorpresa, mi ha detto di no senza mezzi termini e mi ha consigliato di andare nella strada accanto e usare i servizi igienici di Costa o Starbucks.
Non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così sprezzante e poco disponibile, soprattutto da un hotel che dovrebbe essere nel settore alberghiero. Il suo atteggiamento mi ha fatto sentire sgradito e in imbarazzo, come se stessi chiedendo qualcosa di irragionevole.

UUtente ospiteYes, the service was good. The person at the reception, Ali, was very nice and communicated very well. But unfortunately, the condition of the room was not good. There were hairs on the bed, and I’m not sure whether they were from an animal or a person, but there were quite a lot of them. It was quite disappointing for me because the bed didn’t feel clean, and I wasn’t satisfied.
