Wonderful stay! The hotel and the room were as clean, as comfortable and as peaceful as always, and the staff were lovely, so welcoming and so helpful. Ten out of ten, all round, in fact. If I return to Reading, I would definitely stay here once again.

Dominika greeted me with a smile on arrival which is always nice after a long drive. Check in was super smooth and I was in my room in no time. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. So a good nights sleep and a quick departure ready for the day ahead. I will be staying here again. Thank you

Very comfy bed, friendly staff, great location, simple parking but the mouldy smelling bathroom was awful and got worse. I think I can still smell it days later. Ruined a great stay. Told the staff on check out, I’m sure they would have moved our room if I had told them before. I was just being too English…

Great location for The Oracle shopping centre, restaurants and parking, and the wider town centre. Not my first time staying here. Pros - Had a great night's sleep, the beds are very comfortable. Noise from the outside is very low, even with a room overlooking the busy roundabout. Noise from inside with an adjacent door to the next room can be noticeable, but not a disturbance. Cons - bathroom very nearly spotless (probably being very picky here), and only one coffee sachet.
