Hotel in zona Rayong City Center, Rayong

We stayed in this king-size room with a mountain view. The room is spacious and brand-new. Clean and cozy. The date we stayed was during the new year festival so there were a lot of guests. Waiting for checking-in took a bit longer as there was only one staff member at the counter. Nice location in the middle of Rayong and next to a PPT petro station.

Il servizio è normale, quindi io darò solo buoni punteggi. La pulizia e l'impianto sono eccellenti. Tuttavia, il colazione è povero perché non c'è nessuna varietà di cibo da mangiare.

For the brand name of Hilton I expect higher standard than others. If 1 things disappointed, I am too lazy to write a feedback but there were 3 disappointments for me. 1. Ask for a shower cap, staff took almost 30 minutes to bring up (should there be one in the room but none) 2. Staff making omelet egg skip my order and let 2-3 customers passed me and did not apologize. 3. Restroom toilet seat had yellow pee on the seat. Not just 1 toilet but both toilets for the public restroom on the 24th floor. And this happen at 8:30 am. Over all I am disappointed .

Hotel carino in una posizione fantastica, proprio accanto a un centro commerciale. La piscina al tetto era bella e mai troppo occupata con molte aree di seggio. Ci fu una grande selezione a colazione con molte opzioni per tutti. Tutti i membri del personale sono amici e di aiuto e il check-out precoce e tardivo è disponibile se lo desiderate.

-10/10 for the room, location, and cleanliness with nice city view of the city. -1/10 for Seevices. PM staff at the reception looked exhausted, and I did not feel welcomed at checking in. -5/10 for breakfast as some of the food were cold instead of keeping them warm. FB staff had 0 service skills. No communication and ignoring customers. - It is so difficult to see a smile from any staff here except the security guy. This is my second stay here, but last time was 200% better.

The love the Holiday Inn Express brand after always using Marriott brand. The cupuchino was the best, and we ordered Thai food at the bar, which was excellent. The TV and internet were good so I could be work done as well. Breakfast was good and a relaxing experience.

New building and very beautiful decoration. They also have kids club, fitness and swimming pool. Clean room and very nice odor at reception. Just my room have some smell from sewerage. Breakfast very very good taste, internal menu. If you are looking 4 stars hotel I would recommend here.

Dall'hotel si dispone di una vista sul mare. Oltre a avere un piccolo ristorante, 7/11 è a circa 1 km. La stanza era pulita, amichevole e utile per il personale. La colazione era buona.

The room is very spacious, with corner windows overlooking the streets below. As a budget hotel, it does surpass its name, being a notch higher. With that said, as the name implies, there are some amenities that are not available in the room, such as hairdryer, safe box and hotel slippers.

Good location, easily-accessible from highway (however, there's construction and road closed during my stay), street food night market (Mo Saroj Market) is next to the hotel.
