Great hotel good value for money, typical premier inn hotel in a great venue. Small bar facility and cooked breakfast on offer. The comfiest bed ever with extra pillows if required. A great venue in Prestwich, lovely parks and restaurants close by.

It’s become a given that the beds are the most comfortable in any hotels, however this location has extremely friendly and helpful staff which includes all. Although serving the breakfast one person deserves a mention and this was Natalie who always has a smile and is polite and helpful beyond expectations. Well done Prestwich carry on what you are doing and more guests will benefit .

I love Premier Inns anyway so it's always 5 star for me, however this time ... I only wish you had 6 stars as our rather long stay, over two months, was made so special with outstanding customer service from Nat and Amy who made our room extensions absolutely seamless having the new keys ready before my regular 7am appearance. Nat works hard in the restaurant but that didn't stop her assisting me with reception services...What a team!! Great service and great ladies!!! Thank you so very, very much x

I always love that there are extra pillows available because I always need two for myself and so do other members of my family. The room as a bit tight for a family of four, but we made do. I would highly recommend the Prestwich Premier Inn, particularly because there are lifts available for the upper floors, and there is always a warm welcome at the reception.

We stayed here on Friday 11th April and really enjoyed our short stay. Both Nat and Tamia we fabulous and very helpful the room was very clean. Breakfast was also worth the wait too. Don’t let the drive in passing the closed TGI Fridays put you off. A lovely stay and thank you.

Ashleigh was very polite and professional. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I stay in Premier Inns regularly for work and not all staff go out of their way to help and offer a first class service. The menu was limited but the food I had was really good.

This premier inn is in a Great location just off the motorway and there is a bigTesco and petrol station next door- really friendly staff - very clean- good shower and I had an amazing sleep too!! Lots of parking and really good value for money- also close to tram stop

Aimee, Nat and Chris made our stay. We were traveling up for a funeral and Aimee made sure we got an early check in at 9am instead of 11, so we could arrive early and get ready in the room. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as stress free as possible. The next morning at breakfast, again they squeezed us in at short notice and their customer service was great all round! Will definitely be coming back, Thanks again!
