HI Hotels Imperial Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

Overall a nice experience

un très bon endroit pour se détendre. proche de la rue et bien desservi. hôtel en bon état, même si la nourriture pourrait être meilleure. Je le recommande à tout le monde comme base. Beaucoup d'attractions, de bonnes piscines et surtout - très proche de la mer et de la plage !

We have just enjoyed a fab week at the Imperial hotel. Our room was large , nicely decorated & spotlessly clean. The food was plentiful , tasty with lots of choice plus 2 a la carte restaurants. The pool played great music & was also being kept clean & tidy all day. The beach is lovely just over a sand dune with sun loungers that you have to pay for, we preferred to stay around the pool as we met some lovely people & was closed to the bars. The staff are really helpful & friendly. We also went to Nessi-bar which was absolutely stunning & well worth a visit. For the price I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel room cleaned every day. Paid extra for deluxe room, a must ! Central to everything location wise, beach, old town, booking trips etc. 2 lev, on bus to Old Town! So easy to access local, bus service to and from. Noisy in food area, outside seating in this area is better. Food okay, something for everyone .It is more 3 star than 4 star , okay for a week. Agree with others about saving of sun beds but so near sea so didn't bother us, glad to be away from the hustle n bustle ! The beach is sandy, clear shallow waters, amazing. Staff wonderful, so polite and helpful, in all areas of the hotel.

Excellent hotel, clean to a high standard, room are comfortable, food plentiful with choice for Evan a fussy eater. Food and drink available from 7am to midnight.Pools maintained and always plenty of sun beds. Beach was clean. I didn’t use the spa but the area was amazing. 5* to all of the staff, reception very friendly and informative, room service great standard. And top marks to the cleaners who maintained the communal areas, really impressed with the ladies who cleaned here every morning. The hotel is close to shops and local bus to sunny beach and nesebar. I’m a frequent traveler, and would say this is one to return to, I hope to be visiting again soon.

Just back from our visit to the imperial hotel…. We absolutely loved it… upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely reception staff, checked in quickly and told that we had a free upgrade on our room!! Food was lovely, plenty of options and me being a picky eater I never went hungry which is a plus for me!! The snack bar was amazing, plenty of options from pizza, hotdogs, burgers, fries, salad, fruit, doughnuts, ice cream… the list goes on!! We also had an a la carte meal (included in our booking)… there was 2 options to choose from and we chose the Asian inspired menu (pics below) I ate absolutely everything (which I didn’t think I would) and it was absolutely amazing!! The main pool is beside the kids splash area which is lovely for families, but there is a second pool (which we found on the last day) for people who don’t have children to just relax and chill out!! The animation team was amazing especially Andji (don’t know if I spelt that right) even though we didn’t really get involved she still made a point of talking to us everyday and tried to get us up doing something!! Want to say a big shout out the barman in the snack area (didn’t get his name) he always looked after us and even fetched us drinks out when we were running low if he wasn’t busy!! There’s also a little pub at the side of the hotel call John smiths pub ( which we also found on the last day) lovely atmosphere and live music! The beach is just through a gate attached to the far end of the hotel, you need to use your room key to exit/enter… less than a 5 min walk!! All in all he we had the best time and I would definitely book this hotel again and recommend anyone who is going to Bulgaria to book this hotel!!

What a lovely hotel and fantastic staff from the cleaners who had great attention to cleanliness.. the reception staff efficient..food is of reasonable quality.. and the manager of the hotel Alexander.. always on hand and nothing is ever too much trouble.. thankyou to the hotel and all its staff.. plenty of sunbeds and lovely clean pools. Will be back

We stayed at the imperial resort at the beginning of June and had a really nice time. The hotel is exactly what you need if your a family with young children. The splash park is great fun, the park and kids club is really good. They even try and cater for little ones with different past, chips and nuggets which is really appreciated (can't forget the unlimited icecream between 12-5 with fresh doughnuts!). The pool was a little on the chilly side but we were there early in the season, the indoor pool was great in the morning till the chill wore off. All the pools were clean and well maintained as was the areas surrounding. You do have to do the usual sunlounger dance however we have been down after breakfast and there was definitely some left. The room was spacious and clean, the mini fridge was a great addition which we appreciated. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. The cleaners were always so friendly, to be fair all the staff are friendly and professional. Food wise it's your typical buffet food with plenty of selection with a different theme each night. Highly recommend going to the a la carte one night we had the Mediterranean and it was stunning. Drinks were generous and a great selection. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the resort and was beautiful, it will cost 30lv to hire 2 sunloungers & parasol for the day which isn't bad if your there for the day and you can always walk back to get food from the restaurant. Overall it is a really nice hotel in a nice quiet area which is great for people looking for a nice chilled beach holiday or chilling round the pool. Sunny beach and Nessbar are a quick trip away. Would highly recommend heading over to old Nessbar where there's lots of nice little shops and restaurants.

I’ve stayed at this hotel the past 10 days and have had the most amazing experience. The staff are so helpful and accommodating and kind. The food is excellent every night is different foods and every night it was fabulous. There is lots for children to do, I have a 4yo daughter and she loved every minute of her holiday. She told me” I want to live here forever” there is a lovely playground and children’s club/ entertainment. The entertainment staff are so lovely and very welcoming to all children . The bar staff have great sense of humour and are very smiley and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and clean , cleaned everyday and sheets and towels changed everyday. Location is perfect in between Nesebar and Flower street easy access to both. Overall in my experience everyone who stays at the HI imperial resort are treated as kings and queens. I could not recommend this hotel enough and cannot wait to book again for next year.
