È piuttosto datato con segni di usura. La dimensione della stanza tatami è modesta ma pulita. Si trova a 3 minuti di auto dal porto di Rausu ed è quindi piuttosto comodo. Sia la cena che la colazione sono un pasto fisso in stile giapponese e hanno una buona varietà di piatti caldi e freddi. L'onsen era adeguato. Non c'è molta scelta di sistemazioni nella zona. Accanto a questo c'è il Rausu Daiichi Hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato 5 anni fa, che ho ritenuto leggermente migliore di questo.
