Nice hotel clean and organized, ATirek and Linda and Nastja are very kind to help customers. They are nice people and good job!

Used for an overnight stay between flights, perfectly located, everything was great. Shuttle service from and to the airport. Simply everything perfect, highly recommended, gladly again at any time.

Their shuttle bus service is good.

After some hard travelling, I had to stop at Frankfurt for a layover to the US. This airport was easy to get to from Frankfurt airport using the airport shuttle bus - a very short ride. The room itself was very nice - everything inside was quite new and clean. A really superb restful night ! Highly recommended for short stays.

Good location, have pickup service from airport

The room is clean and neat. I only have a problem with one of the receptionists. I think she may goes by the name Sabrina, probably South Asian ethnic by the look. I just came from shopping and had a big shopping bag and wanted to keep at the reception desk before going to the supermarket next to the hotel so that it’d be more convenient. She coldly asked if I were the hotel guest (she literally checked me in yesterday) and told me if I were the hotel guest so I should keep my bag in my room (it was on the fourth floor of the hotel). Is it really hard to just keep the bag for the guest for 10 minutes? This is the first time I experienced such behavior during my 14 days trip in Europe in 5 countries.

Great place! Very close to Lotus and Lufthansa center. Supermarket is amazing. They can add scrambled eggs in breakfast.

Everything was good, the bed was really comfortable, the room was clean. Even though the airport was close to the hotel we didn’t hear a lot of noises. The breakfast was yummy and everyone was very sweet. If i come back to Frankfurt i’ll stay here again. The metro was also really close to the hotel and not too far from the center of the city

設施：歐洲酒店一概的沒有洗漱用品，沒有拖鞋，牙刷要找前台要，沒有tissue，沒有西班牙的熱毛巾架子，曬衣服很麻煩 衞生：挺乾淨的，不過打開門有一股味道，説不清楚 環境：還行吧，飛機挺多，窗户隔音還不錯 服務：挺好的，前台有一箇中國小姐姐，nice
