First impression gone wrong - I reached here on a Saturday. I was told that they only had a room from Sunday onwards. I was in Chitwan for 3 nights so I was ok with staying elsewhere for a night and 2 more nights here. Next day I reach here. I was told that the rate given yesterday was wrong. Also, I was told that I only had the booking for one night and not two. One of the front office boys, Mr. Siddanth Rana, was impolite and my sister was asked to lower her voice. That was when I lost my patience and told him that in the era of social era, he may want to treat his guests properly. It was not about Rs. 500.. it was only about being honest. The management needs to look into these issues properly as you would not want to lose neither a customer nor a reference to their friends or family. You'd also not want a bad online review. Please train your people well as I don't know who the owner is. I only know this place through the people here.
